Perfect for your warm family getaway from the cold. 10 minutes from the airport and all the best new restaurants 5 minutes from ASU and Whole Foods, 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Kitchen features stainless steel kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave), premium quartz countertops w/backsplash, white cabinetry, 13.5 foot ceilings, and extra large windows. Beautiful outside space. Harwood floors. Carpeting in the bedrooms. Two car garage with epoxy coating. End unit, so only shares one wall. 1 mile to Mill Ave's bar/restaurant scene, ASU, and Tempe town lake. Pool and Jacuzzi for community use.

The host was great about responding to questions. A suggestion: have a sheet outlining all the relevant information about the property. We were never given a WiFi passcode. The garage does not open from exterior. We were confused. Streaming for tv and movies was difficult. The TV in the master bedroom does not work. Again, if you are marketing, everything needs to be complete. Also, if marketing a third bedroom, not sure why it is a blow up mattress with no sheets or bedding. Additionally, the second queen bedroom had no bed frame. Just a mattress on the floor. Not the best if you are marketing a full three bedrooms.What we did like was the modern element of the condo, access to pool, and excellent location to campus.

Nicely updated, private, minutes to ASU and Sky Harbor. Many nearby restaurants. Great kitchen. Each bedroom has bathroom access. Be aware there are 3 levels with stairs, so if stairs are an issue, probably not for you.
