About this house rental
A beautiful summerhouse in a large garden full of stunning pine trees, near one of the most sought-after Greek Holiday Resorts. The house comfortably accommodates 5, offering all amenities for an enjoyable stay. Whether you’re looking for a place to relax or want to see all that Sani has to offer, its peaceful surroundings and close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants offer the best of both worlds. The beach is easily accessed on foot or by car (800m), with the Resort less than 10min away by car.
The outside
Located on an elevated floor with its own private entrance and picturesque terrace, this semi-detached house forms part of a private 4-house complex within an enchanting pine tree garden. There is private parking available for free, and guests are invited to make the most of the garden and surrounding areas. If you’re a fan of sports or a true lover of nature, you’ll find the area ideal for long walks, bird watching, running, trekking, or cycling, with water sports and scuba diving also available in nearby beaches. Kids of all ages will have an incredible time enjoying the sandy seashores and shallow turquoise waters, or setting out on magical adventures to explore the fascinating pine forest.
The inside
The house is ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends, including your four-legged furry pals. There are two double-bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a furnished terrace and bedroom balconies - all overlooking the garden. Windows and doors are fitted with insect mesh to keep unwanted visitors away.
Household equipment
Kitchen appliances and equipment include electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers for filter, espresso or Greek coffee, toaster, pans and pots, cutlery, and dishes. Should you wish to prepare a meal or beverage, you’ll find complimentary spices and condiments, as well as a selection of coffees and teas to accompany your breakfast. In the house you will also find flat screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, air-conditioners. Guests have unrestricted access to the garden and are welcome to use the hammocks, sunbeds and other garden furniture at all times.
The surrounding areas
All areas within Sani can be easily accessed by car in less than 10 min, including the various beaches, hotels, and Sani Marina, where you will find a fantastic selection of shops, bars and stylish restaurants for all tastes.
The nearest beach, located next to Simantro Hotel, can be accessed either on foot or by car (800m), with the option to take a scenic forest footpath to get there. Keep in mind that the beach is downhill, so the return might take a bit longer.
