Beach Block 2nd floor Condo with partial ocean view. Located at 3122 Central in Ocean City, NJ. Spacious 4BR, 2BA. Sleeps 11. The condo is professionally disinfected and sanitized immediately before your arrival. Attached is a view from your rooftop deck showing the relationship to the beach. Very clean, beautiful interior with new furnishings. There is private off-street parking for 2 cars. The unit is in a perfect location in the South end of Ocean City. The area is tranquil away from the downtown noise and congestion. The beaches are large with lifeguards. There are separate beach areas reserved for surf fishing or surfing. There is a trolley that takes you to and from the boardwalk and restaurants in minutes so there is no need to move your car. ** WE INCLUDE 10 BEACH TAGS A $350 value ***

The great room has cathedral ceilings with skylights, a gas fireplace, wood laminate floors and a 65” TV. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. The eat-in kitchen with granite breakfast bar is well equipped with all cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. You can prepare any type of meal and there is also an outside barbecue gas grill. There are three private furnished decks for additional living, eating, and relaxing space one of which is a rooftop deck with a partial ocean view. The third deck has an awning cover and is accessible from 2 bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer room inside your condo. You have a private locked storage room for bicycles, beach chairs, etc. There is also an outdoor private enclosed shower.

Great condo for our multigenerational family. The house had everything we were looking for in terms of location and amenities. The spacious, light-filled great room/kitchen was a wonderful area to gather together, yet there was also plenty of private deck space for quiet reading time. Good communication with owner who was upfront and proactive with a concern that was satisfactorily resolved. Wonderful week!
