It's all about location. This home is a half block to a life-guard beach, one block to the beginning of the boardwalk and half mile to a 12-hole golf course. Check out this charming single-family home in the heart of the Gold Coast. Updated colonial with ocean views from master bedroom and large, awning-covered front deck. It was perfect. Close to the baach and boardwalk. Porch upstairs with a view was amazing. It was a perfect place to stay.

Seriously best location on the island! House had plenty of space for 7 adults and a baby. Paul was easy to communicate with and very kind. With all the new builds going up, the old ocean city charm of this house was exactly what we were looking for. Place was clean and welcoming. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely stay again!
