About this house rental
Located within a minute’s walk from the beach, Ocean Palms is the ideal getaway for one or two families in St. Augustine Beach. The neighborhood is on the ocean side of the A1A, so you’ll never have to worry about traffic. Also, just minutes from your door are the historic downtown and some of the best golf you’ll find anywhere in the world.
Ocean Palms is a four-bedroom / three-bathroom air-conditioned home that sleeps eight comfortably. Walk through the front door into a large, open concept great room where you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating to watch the large HDTV. There’s also free Internet in Ocean Palms so you can easily check out websites for area attractions, make restaurant reservations and set tee times.
The open concept design brings everyone together and encourages group activities and fun. The patio is just beyond the sliding glass doors. This is a fun place to share an evening cocktail, barbecue up the day’s catch or sit and visit with your friends.
Also in the large great room is the dining area with large wooden table and chairs. Just beyond it is the breakfast bar that can provide overflow seating for the kids if needed.
The kitchen is close by, which makes serving and clearing the table quick and easy. The breakfast bar also can work as a convenient buffet service area for diners. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare excellent meals for your friends and family. There’s plenty of counter space and lots of cabinets to store your food.
Upstairs there’s a family room with another HDTV and lots of comfortable seating. Also on this floor are the bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and lots of storage space for your clothes. There’s also a TV perfectly positioned for late night viewing.

We love this property so much, we have started looking at available properties in the neighborhood. This was our second time staying here and we really feel like Anastasia Island is our home away from home. The property was clean and conveniently located. We were very happy to find that there was a canopy in the garage for our use at the beach as we had forgot to bring one. If we do not purchase our own property, we will come back to this one again. We really loved the beach. It is our favorite that we have been to.

Great location! Just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minute drive to the downtown area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything needed. The layout of the house was great! We had a party of 8 with 3 sisters and their families and it was plenty of room to lounge around. The bigger than average bathrooms were great as well! We would definitely visit again when coming back to the area.
