With 18 Ocean Place you deal with us, the owner directly. This is not an investor property rented by a management company, this is our second home. We think you’ll agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care we take maintaining the unit, and in making it comfortable and inviting.
Our guests will enjoy an experience that is better than other vacation rentals. This is our personal vacation home that we enjoy sharing with others. Our condo is kept extremely clean and we will work hard to make sure you have a wonderful, fun, and relaxing visit to 18 Ocean Place. There is a tile back splash and under-cabinet lighting that brightly illuminates the quartz waterfall countertop. Everything is here for you to make a picnic lunch for the beach, or for a gourmet cook to prepare a fine meal. The kitchen opens across a breakfast bar to the dining room which boasts a large table and seating for six. Enjoy conversation or watch TV on the new 65" HDTV in the spacious living room. The seating is comfortable and the view of the waves unsurpassed.

The entire experience was 5 star! I spent a lot of time researching vacation home options in Amelia Island and if you are reading this review and on the fence about where to stay, this place is it. The hosts were super responsive and everything was very clean. We had the best vacation. The views and location of this condo can’t be beat. We definitely plan on returning!

We travel to Amelia Island a couple of times a year and this condo is easily the nicest place we’ve stayed at. It has now become our go-to home away from home in north Florida!
