About this house rental
4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom well kept waterfront home on the Arroyo Colorado. Large covered outside porch with tables and chairs, gazeebo, and dock with "stadium" fishing lights. Excellent night fishing off the dock. High speed WIFI, 65'' Smart TV with Roku, full kitchen, charcoal BBQ, washer/dryer, central AC. Two car garage now available to all renters for easy loading/unloading and additional trailer parking. Also in the garage is a extra fridge and a deep freezer.
Located near the end of the road near boat ramp and allows quick and easy access to fishing on the Lower Laguna Madre. Enjoys gorgeous views of Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge located directly across the river. 5-10 boat ride to mouth of river from the dock, 1.5 miles from boat ramp. Maximum capacity is 8 guests.

Loved the house. Parked the boat right behind it on the arroyo. The trout fishing off the back porch was second to none.

The house is as described. There's some things missed in cleaning - the dishes needed to get rewashed. It's minimal and has what is needed for a stay but nothing more. The beds are present but are all not quite comfortable for any member of our party. The fishing in the back is great and the host was very quick at all communication.
