The spacious third floor suite can easily accommodate a group of kids or an entire family. With three private bedroom suites on separate floors this home can accommodate up to 14 guests, as long as at least 4 are children under the age of 12, perfect for couples with children or a large family. Property in good shape. Had a boat and the boat lift worked well however, the straps on the boat lift had barnacles and other foul material embedded on it. Please have guests leave the straps out of the water to prevent this occurrence

The check in window is way too strict. If a party is leaving the same day as another party arrives, then I understand. There is no reason why if a party arrives early that they can't check in early if no one is leaving the same day. The management company did take care of the ant problem that was an issue. I would rent again but you need a grill available for the renters as I had to buy a small one which I left there
