Located in the Carnelian Woods complex in Carnelian Bay with room to sleep six, come home to Sky Vista!
The entry level includes two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a glass sliding door to the covered deck where you can enjoy the amazing lake and forest views. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed. All bedrooms feature new bedding.
The bathrooms in Sky Vista are so nice! Accented with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, the beautiful full bath on this level features granite countertops, a new vanity with farm sink, and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The laundry closet is across the hall.
On the second level, spend quality time together where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to one another. You’ll also find the second newly remodeled full bathroom, this one has a tub/shower.
In the living room, relax and warm up by the cozy freestanding woodburning fireplace accented by a river rock surround. There’s a comfy sectional and a large, new flat screen TV with expanded cable and DVD player. Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected and the adjacent covered deck features a glorious views.
The well-equipped kitchen includes Calphalon cookware, high quality German knives, and solid surface countertops—everything you need—especially the all-important dishwasher. There are six chairs at the large dining table and three stools at the breakfast bar.
On the roomy loft you’ll find another king bed and a desk.
When you’re ready to venture outside, keep everyone entertained in this perfect vacation setting. The Recreation Center / Lodge features a swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, locker room saunas, billiards, tennis and bocce courts, and a fitness trail. This was our first time in Lake Tahoe - this location was close enough to everything but also far enough away. The only thing I can say is the listing stated there was a TV in the master (we usually fall asleep with the TV on) but there wasn’t one. Other than that we had beautiful views and the place had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Carnelian Bay. Short walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. The house was clean and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms look like they are newly remodeled and we’re also very clean. The kitchen is stocked but as advertised, you will have to bring everything, including toilet paper and paper towels. The living area is bright with beautiful views, but there was not enough seating for my family. The couch is very small, but there is a large dining room table where everyone sat most of the time.

Compared to other rental places, I’m not sure if it’s the property rules. But there were so many rules. Placing towels in a specific bathroom. Limited # of supplies provided such as 1 sponge, 1 dish soap, 1 paper towel, 4 dishwashing packages, etc. Required us to throw out all the trash outside the property to receive back the deposit. For having to pay a cleaning fee, I don’t think throwing away trash is necessary.
