Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The amenities were great! We took advantage of the club house and played all the games. We also played pickleball and swam every day in the pool and soaked in the hot tub. I gave the home a 4 because it could have used some touch up paint in the stairwell and in the living room along the baseboard. I am also not a fan of carpeting in a rental. Other than that, the unit was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The management was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay; the place was perfect for 4 people! It was clean, cozy and convenient. The only few issues was the lack of wifi. It worked well the first day but then shut out for the rest. The kitchen also lacked basic essentials like olive oil and tin foil. We were unaware that the bathrooms didn’t include soap, shampoo or conditioner which wasn’t that big of a deal since we brought travel sizes anyway, but would’ve been nice to have! Lastly, the walkways were not salted during our stay. The parking lot and paths were frozen with ice and each of us fell once. I think they should have someone come once a week for safety! All in all it was a nice stay and we will be back if a condo is available next time.

It was a great outing. We had fun specially the kids having one of the young bears to welcome us in the neighborhood! The area is very convenient to main hwy and main grocery store Safeway so whatever items we missed to bring it was very easy to obtain. The property is clean neat and has plenty of room for our group. The only thing I dislike was too many stairs lol for peeps like me who are getting next in line at aging it was tough getting up & down. Plus I wasn’t sure if there was AC? We kept lowering the thermostat but the temperature kept climbing up during mid day it gets warm in late afternoon. In the rooms and in the kitchen/living room area. The management was very helpful, very prompt on replying, very considerate with the process and answering questions after multiple exchange of messages.

This property was overall a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Everything pictured was accurate. The open stairs to the third level are quite easy for small children to fit through. The carpet smells slightly of cats. The dishwasher does not work well

We had a great time! The property was exactly as described perfect for our family weekend. I learned my daughter in law is quite the puzzle person thanks to the puzzles available. Home was clean and very well stocked. Host was quick to respond and sent all needed information. The only thing I would suggest adding is a curtain over the middle high living room window. In the evening it made kitchen duty difficult due to the direct line of the sun. We hope to stay again

Property as expected with everything we needed. The beds were all squeaky which wasn’t ideal as each adult was sharing with a child and trying not to wake them. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balconies were filthy (thick dust on every surface) which was a shame as would have been nice to sit outside. The lounge wasn’t great as the sofas were not very comfortable and the TV was on top of the fireplace which meant you got bad neck ache unless you reclined a lot which you couldn’t do on the hard sofas! The rec centre was great, v quiet when we went and pool was lovely. Nice short walk to Patton Beach which was good for stone skimming and we hired SUPs from Waterman who were all very nice and friendly. All in all a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine. It appears that someone should go through the rental and throw out all the items left from previous tenants. Everything there looks like it has been left from previous people. It’s all old doesn’t match. Lots of **** in all the drawers. The rental itself is fine and as described in the write up. Note the deck fits 2 people, no more, very small. It just really needs to be cleaned up and all new items in the kitchen would make you feel like the place was taken care off.
