Everything was perfect, the location the access the amazing scenery and the fact that you have a 24h pharmacy next door and opposite a grocery store… with kids that’s 100+.. everything was amazing

Location and free parking, kitchen facilities were great
Place needs makeover: broken radiator in the bathroom, broken bath tap for shower, very dated furniture - you can feel how many bums actually sat on them sofas. There was occasional toilet smell from the ground floor. Bathroom window faces other apartments and you are literally exposed. Bedding felt like it was 10 years old and God knows how many people slept on them pillows.. And the lightning is very dim even with all the lights on, on a rainy day can feel depressive. It doesn't feel VIP, not even close. Someone is not willing to invest into the upkeep. We stayed in the Sasanka room on the top floor.
