Grounds and room were very clean. Very convenient location to beach and stores. Enjoyable place to stay.
Only stayed 2 night, but everything was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The Jitney bus picked us up and took us where we needed to go. Your staff was excellent and very accommodating.
It would have been nice to have a little bit of shading by the pool. In the afternoon the sun is intense and the umbrellas did not cover all of the chairs. Maybe if you had umbrellas that you could tilt that would help.

Excellent location, clean rooms and frirnd
Rooms were smaller than expected for price point and parking was limited. Beach staff, hotel staff and cleanliness exceptional!

Great location and comfortable room
A big pain point was that the pool was not open. We only learned this upon checking in and it really put a damper on our stay. The attitude of the staff was also a bit disappointing in this regard, as they seemed exasperated that guests were not happy about this. They also didn’t offer any sort of solution, like setting up an arrangement with another hotel with an open pool. There were also other amenities like the shuttle service that were not running.
