Congress Hall is a beautiful historic building with so much character. The location is great with accessibility to many places to dine and unique stores.

Both pools dirty at 10 am , 2 days in a row. Very noisy courtyard at 7 am from the maintenance crew, rooms very outdated, staff quite unfriendly,
