Good location, outside Cefalu but easy access by car. Lovely garden overlooking the sea. Wonderful pool and terrace. Set in a charming old building. Simple breakfast cheerfully served on the terrace by Antonio. We had a problem with the shower which was quickly repaired the same day.
As others have mentioned the accommodation, while charmingly rustic, is a little run down and could do with some maintenance. Several items missing in kitchen, painfully slow wifi... The bathroom needs renovation, in particular the shower, which would prevent us from returning.

Nice views of the sea, big pool
Breakfast was very poor. Basicaly slice of ham, some cheese and premade pastry and conveniece store jam. Despite you were in local historical farm house, with fruit trees all around you, you didnt get any fresh or homemade food. A pitty.
The accessories in the room were old and used. Bathroom needs redoing. A small shower full of mold.
The owner gave us one piece of toilate paper and said were are expeted to by the rest (for 230e/night). After my urgency they gave us some spare pieces.

"Absolutely everything! The room was authentic and rustic, was clean, also had a fridge.
The shower door was a bit sassy but didn't ruin anything, it made it even more like home.
The pool was clean a..."
