Sant'Ambrogio, small hamlet of Cefalù, situated on a hill overlooking the crystal clear Tyrrhenian Sea, ideal for lovers of suggestive landscapes, nature and those who prefer to spend holidays far away from the crowded tourist destinations, far but not too far , Only 5 km you can reach Cefalù's ancient Norman Arabian town and renowned seaside resort.
The village offers everything you need for everyday life: a minimarket; A bar / tobacconist; A pub; A cellar; A restaurant and a family-run pizzeria located in the small square.

The Accommodation
The new structure, completed in 2017, designed and built to ensure an impeccable stay for the customer, detail care will surprise you.
Developed on two elevations, it is divided into a sleeping area and living area, we will find on the ground floor, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which two are double and one twin, all bedrooms enjoy fantastic sea views and access They are also equipped with modern comforts, heating and air conditioning, flat screen TVs, usb chargers and a special lighting system, and the furnishings comply with the black and white rates.
With a modern cantilevered staircase you have access to the upper floor, the pulsating part of the structure, given its fantastic exposure on the Tyrrhenian Sea, on the clearest days, on the horizon you will be able to admire the Aeolian Islands.
A fully equipped kitchen-living room, equipped with all comforts, and a further bathroom.
Through an imposing opening you have access to the fantastic terrace, equipped with table, sofas and barbecue, the parapets are in glass to ensure maximum brightness and not to bother the sea view while you eat.
The exterior
Completely built with local stone, respecting the landscaping and environmental canons of the place.

A private road will take you directly to the parking lot of the villa, an independent structure, with an elevated position compared to other dwellings.

We were warmly welcomed by Antonio upon arrival and enjoyed a very relaxing 8 days at the beautiful Villa Del Borgo. The house was extremely comfortable, well equipped and positioned perfectly to be close to a bar, three restaurants and a small supermarket. The view from the balcony and pool terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sun set on many nights. Sicily is a beautiful place and we would love to return in the future.

Friendly host. The house was immaculate . Very well equipped kitchen. It was wonderful to return from a day of touring and to be able to take a dip in the pool. The view was fantastic. The host was always available to answer any question. An unforgettable experience. Restaurants and the piazza are within walking distance. Grazie Antonio

Highly recommend this property for its facilities, beautiful surroundings and great communication from the hosts who are very responsive and super helpful.
Location high up in a beautiful traditional village may not suit those with mobility issues, but for everyone else there is much to recommend.
Three restaurants in the village are all wonderful, one does the most amazing take away pizzas which we enjoyed on the balcony looking at the glorious sunset. Small shop stocks everything you need, and the bar/ice cream shop has the most delicious ice cream flavours. One of our party was there at least three times per day 😊
All the reviews before us were from people who said they would be making a return visit - we will be coming back too. Thank you !

The property was fully equipped with everything in an excellent condition.
Located in a small village 10 minutes drive from Ceffalu.
The village has 3 restaurants, a bar and a shop.
The host, his family and his dogs were all very welcoming as was the entire village.
We would happily stay again
