Breakfast was not included. The location was superb, with a view out over the sea. The beds were very comfortable and we were warm enough even though the nights were cold. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and the fridge was modern, though everything else was quite old.

The house was clean but the kitchen and bathrooms were rather old and tired. There was a huge bunch of unlabelled keys, one for every door and screen door, it was always hard to find the right one. There was only one for each door, making it very inconvenient if we wanted to come and go separately. The downstairs door did not lock from the inside, so the bedrooms felt unprotected. The floor in the shower was extremely slippery, we had to buy a shower mat to make it safe.

Loved the location! Beach is so peaceful.

Problems with the sliding door made it difficult to use and to secure the property. Maintenance came promptly to try and fix it but we were still unable to use the door.

There was a great view to the beach from upstairs. It was sunny and open. Unfortunately there were gale force winds blowing during our 2 night stay so we weren't able to enjoy walking along the beach and the surrounds. We would definitely like to return to the area to enjoy nicer weather.

Upstairs was clean, nice and comfortable. Downstairs looked clean but smelled musty which was a real shame and we wouldn't stay there again because of it.
