About this farm stay rental
We charge an additional guest fee- the base price is for the first two guests There is a $15/guest/night for additional guests.
We also charge a property fee of $25. This is to help cover the cost of utilities for large groups.
The Powell Farm Rental House is located in the Smoky Mountains on a farm that has been producing agriculturally since 1879. With a beautiful mountain view and a very relaxed and secluded location, you are sure to enjoy your getaway in the Smoky Mountains. The house is only 15-20 minutes away from Townsend, TN and an easy 30-45 minutes away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
There are 5 bedrooms-a master that has a queen size bed and bath and three other rooms that all have queen sized beds. There is also a queen pull out couch located in the living room and a double bed and single day bed in the bedroom downstairs. The sun room has a large dining table with chairs and a sectional sofa and a loveseat that make for a great TV room and has amazing mountain views. From the sunroom is access to the private 18'x36' pool. Enjoy early morning quiet and coffee and evening meals at the 2 tables with umbrellas. Our home has wireless internet. We have smart TVs but no cable.

There was enough room for us all (7 people; 5 adults) to sprawl out and feel comfortable. Host was very friendly and attentive. Very comfortable arrangement that we didn't take full advantage of because we traveled to the surrounding areas every day. Pool was closed for winter, but we enjoyed the deck anyways. Very clean and well-stocked with basic amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.)
