Please help keep both guests and wildlife safe by keeping doors closed and never leaving food or trash outdoors.
⭐️ House Rules
RVs, camper vans, and trailers are NOT permitted per HOA regulations.
A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
A refundable $500 security deposit HOLD will be authorized 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
An exterior motion-activated Ring camera monitors the entry areas for security purposes only and may be reviewed during check-in, check-out, or if house rules require verification.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Please add them to your reservation and let us know they'll be joining you.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Great house in a great location. Room size and layout was perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in and check out was very easy. Clear instructions for everything. Guide book was very helpful.

A perfect house for a perfect vacation. Far enough away from the "city" to enjoy nature (and bears), privacy, and family. Close enough to explore and hike in the national park, and do all the activities on our list. The host was extremely responsive and the check-in process seamless. The house was amazing - having a full bath in each room was nice. The deck, overlooking the mountain, was our favorite place to hang out. Even when raining, the deck was our favorite place. Our bear friend showed up on night one and made several appearances throughout the week. Everything about this place was amazing and we would come back in a heartbeat.

This home looked perfect based on the listing and photos, however we soon realized that the home had endured a lot of wear & tear over the years since photos were taken.The location was good, aside from the extremely steep driveway that would be sketchy in ice/snow.The home itself had a decent layout for two families, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.Unfortunately we quickly discovered missing lightbulbs, lumpy (also very hard) mattresses, paper thin pillows, low water pressure, a very worn pool table, and the beautiful propane fire pit on the deck was not functional. The fireplace in one of the bedrooms was closed off with plywood which isn’t the best look for a rental home. Basic items like a metal spatula for the Blackstone, salt & pepper, and a dishwasher that didn’t wash were a few of the inconveniences we experienced during our stay. I did alert the staff about the above issues, as well as a few other items that needed fixed and did not receive a reply.Overall we had a good time but the group agreed that we overpaid for this house and would not return. They should update the listing with accurate photos so that you know exactly what you’re paying for.
