We stayed here when we visited Flagstaff snow park and Closer to the park. It's a beautiful house and very comfy for a small group. Ample toys to engage kids. Will visit again.

This property is exactly as stated. It was perfect for our extended family of 7 Adults and 3 small children. Great location to get to Williams for our Polar Express adventure. Easy to get to downtown Flag. for some window shopping and lunch. Easy access on/off of I-17.
Owner was great at communication, and the house was clean, in a safe neighborhood and easy to find. Close to grocery shopping so we could get food to cook. Well stocked kitchen with pans, pots, mugs, glasses, silverware, griddle, pretty much everything you need, clean bathrooms, everything worked with no issues.
Kiddos loved the trampoline, even in the cold! Fireplace was a hit with all. Would definately rent again.
Thanks!
