About this house rental
Kick back at the Great Escape in Flagstaff, Arizona. This lovely 4 bedroom home has is conveniently located in SW Flagstaff and is a great home base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, NAU, downtown Flagstaff, Williams, Flagstaff X-Treme, Bearizona and so much more! The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are a good size and each have comfortable queen sized beds. The 4th bedroom is great for the kiddos with a set of bunk beds with 2 full sized beds! Keep extra cool in the summer with central AC! There is also a 220V EV charging outlet available in the garage. A gas fire pit is available in the rear yard along with Adirondack chairs and picnic bench.
This ideal Flagstaff location is perfectly situation with convenient proximity to local restaurants, entertainment, stores, Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. It is a perfect base of operations for those interested in visits to Arizona Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams, Bearizona, Polar Express, Lowell Observatory, Flagstaff Snow Park, North Pole Experience, Fort Tuthill County Park, Flagstaff Extreme, Coconino National Forest, Northern Arizona University and much more!
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash and hand soap.
Although often there will be a variety of condiments, coffee, spices, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

The house was clean, which is what I care about the most, and we did enjoy our stay. We felt comfortable there once we settled in. We visited in December and they had put out a Christmas tree. We weren't able to get the lights on (at the very end of the trip I realized none of the outlets on that wall worked and there was some notes in the book about breakers but I didn't investigate further) but it was a cute thought and we loved that it was there none the less. I think it's likely that this was once a really well stocked rental and overtime they haven't kept up. Notable things from the kitchen: no whisk or vegetable peeler, only one baking sheet; no saran wrap (very little foil); the drying towel mat had not been cleaned since it was last used; did find a few kitchen towels in a drawer but we have been to plenty of rentals where they've put out obviously cleaned kitchen towels so somehow hunting for them in a seemingly random drawer didn't give me a lot of confidence in them.There was noticeable wear and tear from this being a rental property (counter stools in the kitchen island were stained, scuff marks on the walls, etc.) but nothing too alarming or enough to cause any issues.Like I said, overall pleasant stay.
