    Pleasantly surprised by this wonderful beach hotel!! Huge rooms, AMAZING staff, great food at the cafe, the pool area was clean and comfortable, and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again!!

    Awful experience! The door has no seal and the wind blew threw the closed door all night! Lock dangling off the door. One of our rooms didn't close properly , you had to slam the door. The heater kept tripping the breaker and we couldn't run it. The baseboard heat didn't work. The staff brought a rundown heater covered with hair and dirt, which broke in the middle of the night. Woke up to very cold room. They did bring another heater which ended up working. The coffee maker was filled with old coffee that was covered with mold in the basked and on they said they would clean it and they didn't. We had a service dog and they attempted to charge us for a service dog, which they are not legally allowed to do. Drunks stayed hollaring in the parking lot, walking up and down the balcony, banging on our door in the middle of the night. No staff stay overnight so it's unmanned. Do not recommend
