Came for a weekend between christmas and new years. This was our first time at this hotel, and we had an amazing experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. For a beachfront hotel, it was so clean! The breakfast options were exceptional too. We can't wait to come back.

There are two buildings for this hotel…the original building and I new addition building. We stayed in the new building and the service was bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all the first day. When we got back to our room from being at the beach all day and found the room had not been cleaned, we called for service. Housekeeping was “gone for the day”, so nothing could be done until the next day. Day 2 the room was cleaned, but we needed more towels. When we called for more towel, we were told someone would bring them right up. 10 minutes later we called again and were told the same. Then my husband went down to just get them, and we found out that the front desk in our building did not have the towels and someone would bring them up. We ended up calling 3 times and finally received the towels about 45 minutes after our first request. When getting home from dinner and nightlife on our second night, we discovered that we were given no extra toilet paper. I went down to the “front desk” of our building. No one was staffing that front desk. I had to walk across the street to wake the front desk at the other building for toilet paper while my family had to wait. It took me about 20 minutes total. If Hyatt is going to sell reservations in the additional building, they need to staff it fully so that customers get the same service.
