Hot water. TV had a lot of channels. Parking was close. Location on Coastal Highway. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Floor was very dirty. Bed sheets had stains. Found multiple strands of hair in towels. No smaller lamps/poor lighting except the main one in the room. No washer/dryer on property.

I didnt realize they had a breakfast. Walk to the beach was great. Very close. The staff gave me the extra towels that I asked for right away. And he came up to look at our TV when it wasn't working right away as well. He was very nice to deal with.
The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean but the edges around the floors were dirty and old.
