This was our third booking with this hotel. What we love about it: Location, right in the middle of the boardwalk so you can walk out left or right and there's tons of things to do. The pool: Huge pool, with a tiki bar that offers drinks and food AND a patio area by a stage that offers live entertainment from 1pm-5pm then again from 7pm-11pm. The bands get better as the weekend approaches. We saw some grade A+ bands there Thursday and Friday evenings.
The Bad: The rooms are just that, a place to sleep, nothing special and pretty small. The cleaning staff is horrible. They do not clean the rooms unless they're vacant. I asked for the trash to be removed and for towels, as there wasn't a complete set upon arrival. They removed the trash and gave us extra garbage bags, took every towel, (wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels) and left us with just two bath towels. That was it for the week. We had 2 towels from Tuesday through Saturday morning. We saw the cleaners in the hallway and requested our room to be cleaned repeatedly and it was never cleaned once. Our family stayed there this week as well and had the same horrible luck. No one touched the room no matter how many times we requested it. The garbage was set outside our room and was removed. That's it.
If you're looking for service, go somewhere else, and bring towels!
