Contract covered nearby beach and sea about 600 meters.

House with garden, private entrance with attached garage. A large main room with kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large and very single bedroom with 2 double beds, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. A small mezzanine with 1 additional double bed, access by a ladder.

Superb location

Superb location

The property was exactly as described. Everything you require for your stay is there. All you need to do is pack your own personal stuff and go! Plenty of space and a garage to use for our bikes and car. Once our car was in the garage it never came out until we left as you are so near everything including the train station. Owner was lovely, lives opposite and was very discreet. Great place to stay!

La situation géographique était un de nos critères. Située à 10mn de la plage, 5mn du marché et de la rue commerçante, on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux. La location est spacieuse et la propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible tout en restant discrète..

Séjour avec 2 enfants et compagne. Si certains équipements sont un peu "dans leur jus", cette maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle avec une grande pièce de vie, une cuisine équipée avec l essentiel et a l etage 3 lits double et la SdB. Il ne manque rien. Le petit jardin est très appréciable. Après, on est à 100 m de la gare, 200 m de l avenue du Gnl de Gaulle; ce qui fait que l emplacement est vraiment idéal. Pour un séjour hors saison, le rapport qualité/prix pour un bien a La Baule est excellent. À refaire !

Nous étions 2 et avons pleinement profité de cette location. La maison est très agréable à vivre, la mer à 500 m, le marché couvert à coté. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et présence discrète appréciée. nombreuses balades à faire en vélo très sympas à proximité.

Location spacieuse et calme en ville, avec box dans parking souterrain, à proximité de la gare, de l'avenue commerçante, du marché et de la plage. Grandes surfaces proches. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillante.

Bien située (plein centre) et à quelques minutes de la grande plage. La maison est grande mais mal agencée. la chambre à l'étage est grande (2 lits double) + 1 mezanine (lit double) mais tout le monde dort dans le même espace sans aucune intimitée et la chambre n'est pas isolée par une porte du séjour en bas ce qui n'est pas très pratique pour que chacun vaque à ses occupations. Aucun intérêt d'avoir trois lits doubles car ça ne répond pas aux besoins d'une famille. L'équipement de la maison est sommaire voire médiocre (clic clac ne s'ouvre pas) beaucoup de choses en mauvais état (poubelles cassées, vaiselle moyenne, TV toute petite, rideaux trop petits pour les fenetres et à moitié décrochés, un luminaire sur deux fonctionne, problème de fuite d'eau dans la cuisine venant de la véranda, rideau de douche moisi... beaucoup de détails qui font que l'équipement semble très médiocre). De plus, et c'est le pire, il y a une odeur insupportable d'humidité dans toute la maison et toutes nos affaires ont du être lavées par deux fois pour pouvoir s'en débarasser. Il fait très froid dans le séjour mais compte tenu de l'état du radiateur électrique nous ne l'avons pas mis en route. A part le petit bout de jardin permettant de déjeuner dehors (barbecue vétuste et pas vraiment apprécié par les voisins qui ont fait des remarques désobligeantes lorsque nous l'avons utilisé) je ne vois aucun avantage à cette location exceptée sa situation géographique. Nous regrettons d'avoir choisi cette option (à cause du jardin pour les enfants et pour le barbecue) nous avions pour le même prix un appartement sur le front de mer... Nous ne retournerons plus à cet endroit et sommes très déçus par cette location.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location en plein centre de la baule. Extrèmement bien située, à proximité de l avenue commerçante principale, de l'office de tourisme et du front de mer.A cinq minutes à pied de la magnifique plage de la baule.Grandes surfaces très proches. La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et peut être même mieux. Très grand et très bien aménagé.Trés calme.La propriétaire est très sympathique.Si nous devons retourner à la baule nous retournerons dans cette location sans hésiter.
