About this lodge

Peaceful, close to the city, you will love this very bright pavilion of 56 m2 type duplex 2/3.
Equipment and contemporary decor make it an added advantage.

The east gable entrance through veranda communicating with a large living room opening onto south facing terrace.
The open kitchen to living room offers a friendly and functional place overlooking the foreshore.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed 1. 60 m, boasts a magnificent view of the sea, the island of Batz in the background.

Closed private parking, hedges separation and closed landscaped garden of 750m2 make completely independent rental.
GR34 at the exit of the property.

A great experience overall, largely because of the affability, helpfulness and attention to detail of hosts Marie-Jo and Jean-Yves. We were greeted with some gorgeous Far Breton (a flan with prunes) while the couple were obliging in offering us a bicycle for our early morning bread shopping (the centre of Roscoff is about a 15 minute walk away). In terms of logistics, there is a Casino supermarket about 10 minutes away on foot along a country path, there are recycling and regular refuse facilities a short walk away and the GR34 long distance coastal footpath can take you in either direction amid stunning scenery (at low tide, one can even walk across the inlet to Perharidy point.) The apartment has all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and the upstairs room is especially lovely, affording good views across the bay – oystercatchers are regular visitors. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Charmante petite maison décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Un magnifique jardin où il fait bon se poser entre 2 promenades. La vue sur l'Aber est impressionnante tant à marée haute qu'à marée basse. les propriétaires vous accueillent avec le sourire et sont de bons conseils. Un endroit qui permet de se reposer au calme ou d'être un excellent point de départ pour visiter les alentours.

Excellent accueil par les propriétaires. Le traditionnel et délicieux phare breton nous attendais. Le grand jardin, la décoration de bon goût, le matériel mis à disposition, l'abondance documentation, la disponibilité des propriétaires, rendent le séjour très agréable. La vue sur le laber et la disposition en duplex , la terrasse ensoleillëe, la proximité de la thalassothérapie sont des atouts exceptionnels.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil reçu par Aurélie et son aide pour nos bagages. Le petit appartement mis à note disposition était en tout point à la hauteur de nos espérances. Bien conçu, coquet, décoré simplement, mais avec goût, il est également très bien équipé, avec une petite terrasse et un beau jardin fleuri et arboré. Un grand lit de 160 avec sommier et matelas au top. Un accès internet de bon débit et une couverture GSM comme il en faudrait partout. Le petit plus : un WC par niveau. Pendant trois semaines nous avons profité pleinement de la vue sur les marées et le couché de soleil sur le laber de Roscoff, mais aussi du crachin. Nous avons moins apprécié… et bien RIEN, surprenant NON !!! Merci à nos hôtes Marie-Jo et Jean-Yves pour leur serviabilité et leur gentillesse. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Tout était parfait : de l'accueil des propriétaires, à la location, en passant par sa localisation et l'équipement. Endroit tranquille, légèrement à l'extérieur de la ville, donc très au calme. C'est parfait pour un couple, la location est très propre, joliment aménagée et décorée. Que du bonheur !

Conforme au descriptif,très propre .Propriétaires très sympathiques et très discrets. Acceuil chaleureux ,avec un très bon far breton fait maison. Beaucoup de documentations et de conseil de visites. Jolie décoration. .Pas de vis à vis . Jardin magnifique . Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment agréable. Belle région , beaucoup de belles balades et des plages superbes. A retenir et à recommander très vivement.

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en juillet et avons été ravis. Meublée et décorée avec goût, tout le nécessaire est là. Environnement très calme. Particulièrement conquis par la chambre mezzanine avec une vue sur le laber. Propriétaires très sympathiques : les plans de fleur et arbuste ont trouvé place dans notre jardin à notre retour. Encore merci à vous ! A recommander sans problème.

Location à recommander les yeux fermés pour deux.Tout est en parfait état,très propre, conforme à la description.Situation idéale à 10 mn à pied du centre ville de Roscoff, nombreuses promenades aux alentours car la région est magnifique.Très bon accueil des propriétaires .Merci encore pour ce délicieux far breton tiède .Nous reviendrons sans problème.Remise en forme garantie (soins de la Thalasso à conseiller en bonus!).

Une magnifique petite maison à 30 m de l'eau. Bien agencée, très lumineuse, du rangement, tout ce qu'il faut et très bien décorée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et le far offert lors de l'accueil est excellent. Nous conseillons cette location aux couples.
