Maisonette located 200 m from Portzic beach in Crozon-Morgat and close to the coastal path.
Very quiet residential area. Portzic beach is a family beach frequented by locals.

This accommodation is composed of:

- one bedroom (double bed),

- a bathroom (shower and sink),

- a separate toilet,

- a living room with television and double sofa bed,

- kitchen (equipped with: microwave, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...),

Petite maison très bien équipée. Quartier calme. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la presqu'île. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Mr Le Briz, une personne agréable et disponible. Je recommande!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à deux dans la maison. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, les radiateurs neufs sont très bien (pas des grille-pain), la maison est très bien située et l'espace extérieur est agréable. Arrivée et départ faciles, nous recommandons!

Nous avons eu froid dans la maison,heureusement que le Mr le Briz très gentil, nous a fait parvenir un radiateur radiant sauf qu'il n'y a aucun chauffage dans les toilettes ou la température ne dépassait pas 13 degrés,et il faudrait revoir la prise électrique de la salle de bain qui est à plus de 2 m de hauteur et repeindre la table du salon toute écaillée . Je pense que cette maison très mal isolée ne devrait pas être louée en plein hiver

Ein freundlicher Empfang hat uns den kleinen Bungalow erklärt. Dieser hat seien Stärken und Schwächen. (+) : Eine tolle Lage mit einem schönen Garten (gemeinsam mit dem Haupthaus der Besitzer, die in unserem Fall nicht da waren). Renoviertes Badezimmer, gutes Bett mit (sehr) harter Matratze, ruhige Lage, Abstellmöglichkeiten für Auto und Fahrräder. Fernesher und WiFi sind gut. Die Waschmaschine hat uns ebenfalls gute Dienste geleistet. (-) : Die Küche mit Essplatz im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ist eine wilde Zusammenstellung von Möbeln und Geräten. Es hat alles funktioniert, aber richtig wohnlich ist es nicht. Die Elektroinstallation mit vielen Verlängerungskabeln und Mehrfachsteckdosen ist etwas abenteuerlich, wie gut sich das Häuschen (elektrisch) heizen lässt, weiß ich nicht. Bei uns war es zum Glück recht warm. Wir können uns aber gut vorstellen, wieder hin zu gehen.

La maisonnette est très agréable et est située idéalement à quelques mètres d’une magnifique plage ! L’endroit est très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer, et à quelques kilomètres seulement de Crozon et de Camaret. Nous reviendrons !!!

La maisonnette est très bien avec une chambre séparée et un canapé lit dans le salon. C'est propre et fonctionnel. La mer est à 2 minutes à pieds. L'accueil est sympathique et en plus très arrangeant pour les horaires.
