The shower and toilet are separate from the sink and counter. Very quiet - did not hear neighbors at all!

The coffee creamer (powder) was dried and hard

Convenient location on main drag. Clean and comfortable. No frills. Was looking for beds and a shower for one night stay and fit the bill just fine.

A touch dated. Coffee set up I would rate as poor and did not use. Typical low water pressure. Nearby freight train line and crossing... noisy with rumbling engines and horns!

Inoperative ice machine. It's been inoperative for a year! Ice was rationed by the owner/operator.

I did not like the coffee pot. When I called to inquire about what kind of coffee pot was in the room the person on the phone was not helpful. He hung up on me.

Towels were stained and a little pricey

From the outside the motel appears somewhat old but once in my room it appeared to have been recently remodeled. The shower was very clean and had excellent water flow and a good shower head (easy to get a good shower). The sink faucet worked well and the sink/counter were very clean. Hot water got to the sink and shower in just a few seconds. The bed, though a bit too firm for me, seemed relatively new.

The toilet is a 'high efficiency' design and I don't trust them. The shower/toilet room exhaust fan is slow at removing humid air. The air conditioner is a 'through-the-wall' type .. when the compressor turned-on it was noisy (and the through-the-wall design is prone to leak air from the outside which causes the thermostat to cycle more than a properly sealed design would do). The room lacked any table lamps and the lights were high-intensity types recessed in the ceiling ... it made finding a comfortable reading position difficult (the light is too direct). The parking area appears to have been recently refinished with fresh asphalt and it made me concerned that I'd get it on my shoes as well as track it into the room (though it didn't appear to). The rain gutters are a strange design which dumps water on the walkway outside the rooms and appears to be promoting the growth of algae (I took care to walk around it).

I was staying in town because a relative was in the hospital and the staff was very helpful!

A lot of value for the money. It was clean, bed was comfortable, female staff was very courteous and kind.

Internet wasn’t strong enough for video calls.

A classic motel style with an outside door directly to your parking space. This was ideal for a bicycle oriented stay to bring bikes in from the car. Clean and comfortable.

A bit outside of the main town area, but that was not a huge problem, just noting it. I'm not sure how comfortable the room might been in winter given the weather seals around doors and windows but non-depth of winter it wasn't an issue.

The whole place was all redone. The bathroom shower was absolutely awesome with it's all new tile. They rooms were all remodeled. They looked great. Very nice owner also. Thank you for the excellent place to sleep

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay in the middle of Arkansas.

It was neat and clean. Very accessible.

The rooms were newly renovated, which was a plus, but the presence of flies in the room really spoiled the experience for us and was the main reason for the low rating.

The room had a significant number of flies when we checked in, which was quite unpleasant. The WiFi connection was unstable and kept disconnecting. Additionally, the bathroom door knob was old and didn’t function properly.

I was unaware of any breakfast.

The rooms were very small, and the view is of a rundown building.

One of the cleaners places you will stay in for the price. No issues at all while we were there.

I could not get a good signal on my phone unless I was close to the window. I would not attempt the Wi-Fi.

I did not feel overly safe simply due to the lack of security on the door. I was with my daughter and there was no way to secure the door. We out furniture in front to feel safer. But for the most part you coukd tell they tried to make the hotel nice. It was freahly painted and the shower was nice. Unfortunately they missed cleaning the shower curtain and there was a squished roach inside the folds of the curtain.

Nice and clean.

We had about four motorcyclists stay in adjacent rooms. They were up 7:00 AM talking loudly just outside our room. Then they started their Harleys up and let them idle for about 15 minutes or so. It wasn’t the hotels fault…just really rude conduct by the bikers.

Very comfortable bed and nice shower.

The outside needs a makeover. The abandoned pool right at the front looks awful.
