Ocean Dunes Unit 113 has been nicely updated with a beautiful kitchen and cleanly remodeled bathroom. The beach access is easy and gorgeous. This does not hide the fact that this unit is right in front of the pool on the 1st floor, where guests do NOT follow the operating guidelines (i.e., open the curtains and see people in the early a.m. hours or late after sunset right in front of the window), or the fact that the mattress is so old and the bedroom's construction is so poor that one cannot get a good night sleep. The unit is right outside of the elevator, so traffic and noise is a constant throughout normal sleeping hours of the night, and there is not much insulation between bed and outside noise.
