The staff at the Pequot could not have been friendlier. They were kind and responsive right from the jump. Every afternoon, there were fresh cookies and lemonade waiting for us when we returned from exploring. On Friday night, there was a lovely little music session with wine and snacks on the front porch. Sunday was mimosa day, another lovely touch. The breakfast was varied enough that we ate it daily, and we were incredibly grateful for the single person who was doing all the cooking.

The best aspects of the Pequot Hotel was the friendly and helpful staff, the close proximity to the ferry, the BEACH, and the town and the plentiful breakfast. It was so awesome that the hotel provided comfy, easy to carry beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. What I really loved was that on Friday night they had a porch party with wine, cheese, snacks and music. Also, every afternoon fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies and lemonade were available. The decor is so charming with flowers everywhere and plenty of places outside to kick back and relax. We had a wonderful time.
The rooms are a little small.

The room was clean. Location was in walking distance of the beach.
The room was much smaller than expected & as shown in the photos upon booking. The room was not at all what we were expecting.
