Comfy 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 3rd floor of Phoenix All Suites.

· Living area has a sofa queen sleeper and a stereo system
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances
· Dining area seats four at the table with two seats at the kitchen bar
· Kiddie size bunks in the hallway alcove
· Master bedroom is carpeted and has a king size bed
· Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Balcony has a gorgeous gulf front view and seats four at the table
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Enjoyed out balcony every morning and evening! Loved hearing the waves crashing on the beach and views were amazing. Will stay again.

Ant's on the kitchen counter. Trash on the balcony. Upon check in, told them but nothing was done about this.
