About this house rental
The house was completely renovated in 2016. It has a surface area of about 40m2 and is composed of a main room (living room + kitchen with island), a double bedroom, a children's bedroom sleeps 2 in bunk beds and a bathroom, water. It also has a shaded terrace.
It is located on a plot of 1 900m2 enclosed with a private access to the national forest which allows you to reach the beach of Les Sables Vignier in 3 minutes on foot by forest roads without crossing a road.
The land is located in a private road (access restricted by barrier), extremely quiet. It is possible to park your car there.
The rentals are from Sunday to Sunday during the summer period.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

in the ad is said great wi-fi, one of the reasons we booked it because one of us still had a couple days work to do, however when we arrived it was only the neighbors wi-fi we were allowed to use and it didn’t reach the house only the terrace. we managed a work around but since the cellphone signal is overall bad there we where a little disappointed.

La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier calme à deux pas de la mer avec un accès direct
Elle est propre, confortable avec des jeux et livres pour enfants

La maison n'est séparée de la plage que par une jolie dune bien arborée, un petit chemin privé y mène en 2 minutes, c'est un enchantement rare.
La plage est de plus praticable à marée basse comme à marée haute, elle est superbe et (relativement) peu encombrée (quasi déserte le matin à10h comme le soir à 19h, les deux meilleurs bains).
La maison elle-même est très propre et très fonctionnelle, le propriétaire comme le concierge sont aux petits soins.
Que demander de mieux ?
Peut-être une connexion Wifi : les portables "passent" si vous êtes client Orange ou Bouygues (mais pas trop SFR), et pour les connecter à Internet il faut aller un peu plus loin. Ce qui n'est pas spécifique à cet emplacement, c'est toute l'Île qui semble assez irrégulièrement desservie.
Mais c'est un inconvénient mineur et vite oublié : la maison se prête si bien à une cure de déconnexion !

My wife and I decided on short notice to book the house for a 10 day trip, and it was the perfect decision. The house offered everything for people who are looking for a quite spot to enjoy nature and peace, relax and just "recharge". The logistic to check-in and check-out had been very easy and the owner is very helpfull. The description about the area gives you the opportunity to organize yourself in advance. The house had been very clean, the equipment is in very good condition, and the interiour is also very tastefull.
To summarize: If there would be more than 5 stars, I would give more, we have been more than happy and if you are thinking about deciding for the location: Do it !
