Setting is ideal with wonderful balconies to view sunrise and sunset. Hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Unit is clean. Apartment is dated and bathrooms and appliances not fully operational. Would add a star if mattresses were better and appliances replaced.

The condo is even roomier than the photos show. The location is great: in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk from the beach. The unit is furnished very comfortably, and cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the 3 of us was no problem at all.

Great location. Very short walk to the beach and the best restaurants south of fifth. Condo stocked w everything you need. Managers very attentive. Will stay here be local hotels going forward.
