- PARKING: No on-site parking is available. However, affordable parking options within a 1-2 block radius are easy to find using parking apps like ParkWhiz, SpotHero, or parking dot com.

▶ Minimum guest age is 18.
▶ No parties. Noise or loud music after 9 pm will lead to eviction without refund for the remaining reservation.
▶ No smoking is permitted. Smoking evidence will incur a $250 fee and immediate eviction without refund for the remaining reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $100/hour fee.

The property is located right next to the beach and its an easy walk to any restaurants and stores. Very convenient location. The place was clean and well taken care of and the host was very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment was very cute and had all amenities I needed included. Neighbors were quiet. Parking at the beach is not the best, but was able to find an overnight lot for $24 a night. Would highly recommend !

I liked the location, it was quiet and enough facilities to keep us fed and watered
The block was a bit grim. Outside door wasn't locked, and some of the f and f were tired. Getting in the apartment door was a bit tricky.

The location is great but the furniture does not match the pictures. The bathroom is moldy and needs updating. The door to the apartment sticks and is VERY hard to Open. The upstairs neighbors are LOUD. We really needed a late check out but were not accommodated. Stay at Blanc Kara down the street if you want a better experience
