About this villa rental
Our gîte is located 500 meters from the port of Marin.
A very beautiful two-room apartment with a separate air-conditioned bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, and a living area, all covering an area of 31 m2.
For your utmost comfort, the room is equipped with double-glazed noise-canceling windows, shutters for complete darkness, closets, and a Queen-size bed.
An outdoor terrace of 12M2 with sea view in the bay of Marin.
Our rental is located at the bottom of the villa, the 7m x 3.5m pool, the 100m² deck, and the garden are to be shared with us (the owners) when we are present.
The pool, extending from your terrace, is completely private and peaceful.
A private parking space for a car or scooter completes the set.
For security, insurance, and liability reasons, no outside guests are allowed.
Our neighborhood is very quiet and residential, no parties are possible on site.
Just a 10-minute walk from all the shops in Le Marin and a one-minute drive away.
The most beautiful beaches of Martinique are all nearby (4km from Pointe Borgnèse, 6km from Anse Figuier, 12km from Grande Plage des Salines)
In addition to household linen, we provide pool towels, as well as snorkeling equipment, a parasol, and beach chairs.
Des services supplémentaires sont proposés : serviettes de plage, massages, cours de yoga, plongée sous-marine, excursions en catamaran pour observer les dauphins, visites de distilleries, etc...

Notre séjour de 14 jours nous a ravi. Tout y était tiptop. Sylvie est une grande professionnelle très accueillante. Un grand bravo à elle et son mari.

Une superbe villa avec une vue juste magnifique à couper le souffle. Il n’y a pas de vis-à-vis et le dépaysement est total.
Les propriétaires n’étant pas là nous avons pu profiter de la location et de la piscine pour nous seuls, c’était vraiment génial.
A notre arrivée Joanna nous a accueilli avec un petit panier garni et un Ti punch maison, nous avons noté cette gentillesse.
Supermarchés, marina, boulangerie, fast-food... il y a tout à proximité.
N’hésitez surtout pas à réserver cette villa, vous n’en serez pas déçu !

Merci Sylvie et Thierry de nous avoir chaleureusement accueilli dans votre charmante propriété où nous avons pu nous reposer dans un calme absolu. Le confort et la qualité de votre location sont sans reproche, nous avons adoré. Une vue imprenable sur la baie du Marin, une piscine très agréable, l'ensemble est conforme en tout point aux photos du site. Quant à votre gentillesse et vos conseils de visite et balades, ce ne fût que du bonus....Merci encore 1000 fois pour tout cela, nous partons rejoindre la métropole avec les batteries bien rechargées. Au plaisir de vous revoir très vite.
