From the moment you drive down into the villa you know you are in for something special. The place is a world on its own. Overlooking Avignon and Mont Ventoux, the scenery is stunning. We woke up early to have breakfast on the terrace and watch the sunrise over the mountain. A perfect way to start the day. The salt water pool was perfect. No smell of chemicals. The water was nice and warm. We were working all day at the Avignon OFF Festival and coming back here gave us the relaxation and energy. Beatrice and Jean-Paul were excellent hosts and great fun to talk to also. The only thing that I wish was different is the checkin time. It would be really nice if we could check in a bit earlier because you lose the day. But Beatrice & Jean-Paul made every effort to prepare the place as soon as possible. I have already booked it for next year.

This beautiful family home is set high up in the hills of Villeneuve and provides a lovely view over the town and towards Avignon from the terrace. The terrace itself is large and provides several seating areas allowing you to change your view of the gardens as the mood takes you. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and an excellent BBQ. Internally the house was elegantly furnished and a comfortable place to relax. Its location to Avignon and surrounding towns in Provence is ideal. We were able to catch a bus to Avignon near to the house (approx. 10 minutes walk) to allow us to pick up a number of excellent tours which depart from the tourist office. Using the bus allowed us to enjoy a wonderful day out wine tasting in Chateau Neuf du Pape without the worry of having to drive. Beatrice and Jean-Paul we amazing hosts. Through our numerous correspondence with them before the holiday we felt as if we already knew them. Our French language skills were limited but Beatrice came armed with her translation app and we were able to communicate with ease. Beatrice and Jean-Paul could not have been more helpful and we would highly recommend this property .

A slice of French heaven! My famiy of three stayed here one week and it felt like a dream. The pool was private and relaxing - everything our teen daughter wanted in a vacation experience! We were thrilled with the location and ease in which we could take day trips by car to many famous towns in Provence. We drove into Avignon several mornings to explore, and spent our evenings dining al fresco at the villa, using the outdoor grill. My daughter and I read books every afternoon on the terrace. Despite the mistral winds, the natural beauty of this property, it's superb furnishings, upstairs air-conditioning, and ammentities, made our summer vacation in France one we will never forget!

A perfect week

A perfect week

We have just arrived home after spending seven wonderful days as guests of Beatrice and Jean-Paul. Where to start? The property - modern, spacious, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and scrupulously clean. The air conditioning made the house perfectly cool even when it was 39 degrees. Outside, there were many spaces to relax, a lovely dining area, a beautiful pool with a separate shallow area perfect for younger ones (or even for the older ones to lie in when the temperature gets too high!) and the most beautiful views I have seen in a long time. You must make sure you get up and have your first morning coffee watching the sun rise over Mont Ventoux - a truly spectacular sight. Villeneuve -les-Avignon and Avignon are short bus rides away and offer many good bars and restaurants, good shops or simply some nice walks around historic Avignon. My only advice is that if you do rent this property - and I strongly recommend it - hire a car to make the most of it. Buses tend to finish running relatively early and taxis are - sporadic to say the least. Our hosts were simply brilliant, there to welcome us and give us plenty of advice and help, then on hand if we needed them but totally inobtrusive. The garden was watered and pool cleaned during our stay but we hardly noticed they were there. All in all, a lovely, restful 7 days in a beautiful house Beatrice and Jean-Paul - thank you for sharing your house with us Nick, Iris, Hannah and Michael

Beautiful villa in an elevated location with fantastic views. The villa is beautifully furnished with all the facilities you could want. It is a wonderfully peaceful place to relax and very spacious. The owners were very friendly, providing us with all the information we needed in advance and happy to answer questions during our stay. We really cannot fault this villa at all. Beautiful views of Mont Ventoux from the patio while enjoying coffee and watching a beautiful sunrise or an early evening drink in a lovely shaded patio, as well as enjoying a game of Boules. Villeneuve Avignon and Avignon are a 10 -15 minutes drive with excellent choices of cafes and restaurants. The shops are a 5 minute drive, we liked going to the local shops for bread, meats and vegetables in Les Angles. We could easily have stayed longer than a week. An extremely wonderful place.

This is a fantastic villa - spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, clean and with a first rate private swimming pool in the grounds. The view from the property is magnificent - watching the sunrise over Mont Ventoux is a must. Things are made even better by the property owners, Jean-Paul and Beatrice. They are lovely people, simply wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We thoroughly recommend this property.

Jean-Paul and Beatrice have created something very special here in Les Hauts de Villeneuve. The villa itself is just stunning, immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The gardens are simply beautiful and the location is perfect. It is just a short drive to Villeneuve les Avignon, a beautiful village with an array of shops and restaurants as well as historical sites to visit. Jean-Paul and Beatrice are the most wonderful, attentive hosts and we can't recommend them, or their beautiful home highly enough.

This villa should be your choice when staying near beautiful Avignon. Perched high upon the hillside, this villa has absolutely everything needed for a memorable stay. It is close enough to amenities to permit local dining while presenting a fully-equiped kitchen for dining at home. The view from almost every room is magnificent although located in a very private setting. Our hosts could not have been more helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to accommodate our every requirement. This is a villa which is recommended without hesitation, no matter how particular you may be.

Nous avons passe une semaine très agréable ici. La villa a toutes les choses pour une bonne vacance - le piscine est excellent, la maison est bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes, le decor est très sympathique, la maison est très propre et il y a une bonne terrasse avec barbecue et un joli jardin. Et aussi? La villa a les hôtes parfait! JP et Bea sont très très charmant et ils peuvent donner beaucoup de conseils. Nous pouvons recommander cette maison pour votre vacances, sans doute! Et pour les Anglais....this is a really lovely villa in a good location and the hosts, JP and Bea are so lovely and helpful. The views from the garden are even more stunning than the photos and the location is a peaceful one as well as being an excellent place to explore the region with so many great places to visit - Avignon itself but also Nimes, Arles and the surrounding countryside and national parks. Even the local town of Villeneuve has some great restaurants if you don't want to stray too far. Perfect for a relaxing week in the sun. Nous venons de rentrer d'une merveilleuse semaine de vacances avec les enfants dans la belle villa de Béatrice et Jean Paul. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Vous vous sentez immédiatement le bienvenu. La visite de la maison est parfaite, tout est expliqué dans les moindres détails. La maison est très propre. Une villa joliment meublée avec tous les équipements imaginables et avec une vue magnifique sur le MONT VENTOUX (magnifique lever de soleil) et les environs. Une belle terrasse couverte avec plancha, une belle et suffisamment grande piscine, plein d'endroits dans le jardin pour se détendre, lire un livre et prendre l'apéritif, bref les mots ne suffisent pas à décrire la villa et le jardin. Pendant notre séjour (dernière semaine de juillet), il faisait très chaud, mais grâce à la climatisation, vous pouviez encore profiter d'une bonne nuit de sommeil. La piscine et le jardin sont discrètement entretenus les mardis et jeudis. La maison est parfaitement située pour explorer la belle région (besoin d'une voiture). Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique ici avec la famille et nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir.

Ende August 2021 waren wir für zwei Wochen im Haus von Bèatrice und Jean-Paul und haben dort unseren Urlaub verbracht. Von beiden wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und durch das große Haus und den Garten geführt. Alles ist sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus wurde an einem ruhigen Hang gebaut und ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche hat einen Gasherd, Backofen und eine Microwelle und ist gut ausgestattet. Der traumhafte Weitblick und der Sonnenaufgang sind von fast allen Zimmern aus zu genießen. Es gibt um das Haus herum überall schöne Sitzgelegenheiten. Der blühende Garten wurde mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und der darin eingebettete Pool ist ausreichend groß. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, das Ufer der Rhone sind mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Que de choses positives à dire sur ce beau séjour de 15 jours passé chez Béatrice et Jean-Paul! Tout d'abord, un immense MERCI à Béatrice et Jean-Paul pour leur accueil très chaleureux, bienveillant et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour, leur grande gentillesse et discrétion. Une très belle découverte à notre arrivée: - une grande belle maison avec vue panoramique sur le village et le Mont Ventoux, une grande terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin magnifiquement fleuri et décoré, très bien entretenu. Nous avons découvert le jardin tout au long de notre séjour lequel comprend plusieurs coins très sympas (coin apéro avec bougies, coin ombragé sous les oliviers à la piscine, etc.....) On s'y sent extrêmement bien tout de suite et nous y avons passé la plupart de notre temps: un véritable havre de paix, de quiétude, une invitation immédiate à la déconnexion (même pour nos ados!), nous ayant apporté beaucoup de bonheur en famille. - une belle piscine avec une belle terrasse très bien entretenue également, et une très grande discrétion-gentillesse et attention de Mireille que nous remercions également laquelle était en charge de l'entretien de la piscine et du jardin pendant notre séjour. (Tellement discrète que vous pouvez ne pas l'apercevoir). - Une maison très bien entretenue, très joliment décorée, d'une propreté irréprochable, présentant tous les équipements nécessaires (rien ne manque), une bonne literie avec linge fourni. et une bibliothèque de best sellers. Un coin terrasse avec plancha très apprécié également. - Une maison très bien située pour les activités: toute la famille y trouve son compte: proximité d'Avignon, proximité des gorges pour activité kayak, proximité de nombreux sites culturels, naturels, historiques à découvrir. Le charme a opéré immédiatement, la quiétude attendue a été trouvée, la diversité des activités également. Nous avons passé 15 jours de pur bonheur en famille et nous avons hâte de revenir. Un immense merci à Beatrice et Jean Paul, pour leur accueil, leur bienveillance et leur discrétion. La villa offre de très belles prestations. Elle est très bien équipée, et climatisée. L’intérieur est aménagé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. La vue est imprenable, le jardin est très beau et parfaitement bien entretenu. Idem pour la piscine, très bien exposée. Tout invite au calme, à la déconnexion, au lâcher prise. Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine, en famille. Tous les commerces et de nombreuses activités sont à proximité, il y en a pour tous les goûts, c est génial! Un sans faute, des vraies vacances , le bonheur!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von Béatrice und Jean-Paul empfangen (inklusive einem Korb mit Spezialitäten aus der Region). Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Umgebung sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ausreichend gross und wird zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt. Es hat genügend bequeme Liegen und einen sehr grossen Sonnenschirm. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und viel Ruhe. Für den Besuch im Restaurant, Einkäufe und Bäckerei ist ein Auto notwendig (wenige Fahrminuten). Die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir können das Haus von Béatrice und Jean-Paul uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir können uns gut vorstellen dies zu wiederholen. Vielen Dank an Béatrice und Jean-Paul, dass wir diese schönen Ferien in ihrem Haus geniessen durften.

Nous avions été charmés par les photos sur le site. En arrivant le samedi 1er août au bout de cette petite impasse perchée en haut d'une colline, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un véritable havre de paix. Tout respire la quiétude, le charme et la délicatesse. De l'intérieur soigné avec une pièce à vivre des plus agréables, en passant par tous les lieux où "pauser", nichés dans les nombreux recoins de la terrasse, avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Ventoux. Le ravissant jardin arboré en escalier qui nous conduit jusqu'à la piscine où nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps. Nous étions tellement bien que nous n'avions plus le désir de visiter les alentours pourtant ô combien riches de lieux touristiques. Des vacances inoubliables qui ont fait l'unanimité dans notre famille. Nous y reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine avec un très grand plaisir. Maud, Pascal, Noémie et Célia

1 semaine de rêve. Tout commence par un formidable accueil de Béatrice et Jean Paul. Ils sont d'une grande gentillesse et animés par cette envie de bien faire. La villa est juste exceptionnelle : emplacement (sur les hauteurs), agencement et équipement (entièrement climatisée, propreté irréprochable), une piscine magnifique, une vue incroyable, au calme et au vert. La végétation est sublime. Immédiatement le charme opère. Allez y les yeux fermés (ce qui serait dommage en fait!). Certainement l'une de nos plus belles locations. Encore un grand merci aux heureux propriétaires!

Juste la perfection

Tout est rassemblé ici pour un repos : villa d'une propreté exceptionnelle, les gros plus : piscine hyper bien exposée avec au choix ombre ou soleil et mobilier de bonne qualité, une vue à couper le souffle, un équipement au top (plancha, cuisine, salles de bain), l'accueil au petit soin avec un panier garni très apprécié, la gentillesse des propriétaires. La maison est encore bien plus belle qu'en photo. Chacun bénéficie de l'intimité avec les différents salons d'été, le coin repas extérieur mais à l'abri a été vivement apprécié, la maison reste fraiche même avec 35 degrés (climatisation au Rez de chaussé et climatisation à l'étage commune aux 2 chambres). La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. A prendre en compte, la villa est isolée sur les hauteurs de la ville et un véhicule est nécessaire pour accéder au village. Excellent boulanger à quelques roues de vélo de la villa mais le retour est sportif car la villa est vraiment sur les hauteurs, ce qui lui vaut cette vue splendide. Je recommande chaudement cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa située au calme sur les hauteur de Villeneuve-Lez-Avignon. La vue sur le Ventoux est superbe. La maison est aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, Béatrice & Jean-Paul, avec des petites attentions pour leurs hôtes... A recommander vivement pour les vacances...

Trés jolie villa sur les hauteurs de Villeneuve les Avignon, décoration raffinée, très bien équipée, un jardin splendide! Venus entre amis pour le Festival d'Avignon, nous avons apprécié le retours le soir au calme et à la fraicheur. Merci à Béatrice et Jean Paul pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Leur passion pour leur maison à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur se voit au premier coup d'oeil , rien ne manque pour le confort des hôtes et on s'y sent bien .

Tout d'abord un accueil parfait, une attention particulière qui n'est pas passée inaperçue. Béatrice et Jean-Paul ont pris soin de nous mettre à disposition ce qu'il fallait pour nos enfants pour éviter de nous charger, notamment des jeux d'eau. Magnifique maison très bien conçue, extrêmement bien décorée avec une vue superbe sur le Ventoux. Initialement je ne pensais pas que les photos du paysage sur le site étaient depuis la terrasse mais c'est bien le cas. Les terrasses sont parfaites pour un bain de soleil en journée ou se relaxer le soir après avoir couché les enfants. Nous avons été surpris d'avoir trouver la maison très très propre. Etant un peu maniaque, nous avons l'habitude de refaire le ménage à réception d'une maison mais je vous assure qu'il n'en y avait pas besoin. La piscine et le jardin étaient parfaitement entretenus avec des zones qui faisaient penser que nous étions en campagne, très agréable. La pataugeoire est vraiment pratique et adaptée pour les petits enfants. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si nous devions revenir dans la région, d'ailleurs magnifique (Avignon, Baux de Provence...)

Wij hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad. Rustig gelegen maar toch dichtbij het centrum. (Met de auto) Het huis is nog mooier dan wat je ziet op de foto's. Alle luxe is aanwezig. Ideaal voor een leuke rustige/actieve vakantie. Prachtig uitzicht, leuk(e) teras(sen) en voldoende groot zwembad. Heel vriendelijke verhuurders die graag info en tips geven over de streek. Deze vakantie is en blijft een mooie herinnering! Een aanrader!!!

Tout était parfait! De l'accueil de nos hôtes en passant par la beauté du jardin et de la vue incroyable sur le Mont Ventoux. La maison est encore plus belle en réalité qu'en photo, le jardin est magnifique et nos filles ont grandement apprécié la piscine. Tout était impeccable, la maison était très, très propre, le jardin et la piscine également. En plus, la région est remplie d'activités à faire, d'endroits à visiter. Nous avons manqué de temps pour apprécier encore plus la maison et cette superbe région! Merci pour tout!

TOUT Y ETAIT PARFAIT: LA VUE MAGNIFIQUE SUR LE MONT VENTOUX, LA MAISON IMPECCABLE ET BIEN EQUIPEE, LES DIVERSES TERRASSES BIEN ORIENTEES, LA PISCINE SUFFISAMMENT GRANDE AINSI QUE L'ACCUEIL DE MONSIEUR ET MADAME TONIN. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Ville-Neuve-les-Avignon. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour explorer la région (Avignon, Arles, St-Rémy de Provence, Les Beaux, Le pont du Gard, …). La maison est excellente; bien équipée, des belles chambres et un jardin extraordinaire (avec une belle vue sur la ville et le Mont Ventoux). Nos enfants ont vraiment profité de la piscine magnifique! Les propriétaires (Jean-Paul et Béatrice) nous ont très bien accueilli et étaient toujours accessibles. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magnifique !

Nous avons passe une semaine très agréable ici. La villa a toutes les choses pour une bonne vacance - le piscine est excellent, la maison est bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes, le decor est très sympathique, la maison est très propre et il y a une bonne terrasse avec barbecue et un joli jardin. Et aussi? La villa a les hôtes parfait! JP et Bea sont très très charmant et ils peuvent donner beaucoup de conseils. Nous pouvons recommander cette maison pour votre vacances, sans doute!Et pour les Anglais....this is a really lovely villa in a good location and the hosts, JP and Bea are so lovely and helpful. The views from the garden are even more stunning than the photos and the location is a peaceful one as well as being an excellent place to explore the region with so many great places to visit - Avignon itself but also Nimes, Arles and the surrounding countryside and national parks. Even the local town of Villeneuve has some great restaurants if you don't want to stray too far. C'est la deuxième année consécutive que nous louons cette villa ! Nous l'avions loué l'année dernière, et vu la qualité de l'accueil, la villa, et la vue... nous ne pouvions que y revenir cette année. Béatrice et Jean-Paul sont formidables, très sympas, de bon conseil et arrangeants ! C'est un vrai plus lors de la location... Pour la villa, elle est très très propre , équipée, avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Ventoux, et la piscine est super avec des petits enfants. Il y a un bassin moins profond pour les petits, ils peuvent donc jouer en ayant pied. Cette location est très bien située, au calme, sans vis-à-vis, et à 5min en voiture des commerces. Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs maison dans le Sud de la France, mais celle-ci est vraiment la plus belle et propre ! Les photos de l'annonce correspondent exactement à la réalité. Comme vous l'aurez compris, nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de louer cette villa pour vos prochaines vacances!!!!! Villa très spacieuse et confortable

Nous voudrions remercier Jean Paul et Béatrice de leur accueil chaleureux quand nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage en voiture. Déjà quand on entre dans la villa on s'aperçoit que tout est très bien entretenu et que tout se trouve dans un très bon état. Il faut dire que nous avons déjà loué plusieurs maisons dans la région mais celle-ci était la meilleure en termes de propreté et équipement. De plus, quand on est sur la terrasse on voit un panorama à couper le souffle. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et lors de notre arrivée ils ont très bien expliqué tout ce qu'il faut savoir sur la maison, le jardin et la piscine. Nous pouvons vraiment recommander cette maison et nous reviendront certainement quand nous serons dans la région la prochaine fois.

C'est un endroit très calme aux portes de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients, et tout près de grands sites historiques et touristiques. La maison, cachée mais pas isolée, est très belle, comme neuve, spacieuse, et bien pensée. Le jardin est entretenu avec beaucoup de goût et la belle piscine est à l'abri de tous les regards. On se sent tout de suite chez soi!!!. Jean-Paul et Béa sont adorables, disponibles et de bon conseil. L'accueil est très chaleureux, agrémenté d'un coffret de bienvenue dont un très bon rosé et un pot de confiture maison aux abricots (une tuerie!!!). Nous avons passé 2 semaines fantastiques et nous recommandons vraiment cette villa.

Nous sommes une famille irlandaise qui a reste dans cette villa pendant le mois d'aout. Les proprietaires etait tres tres sympa et nous avez donnez de bons conseils. La villa eait tres propre et tres bien entretenue et jean Paul et Bea ont avait laisser tout ce qu'il faut pour notre sejour meme du vin et des gateaux provencaux pour nous acceuiller! La villa etait 10 minute en voiture d'Avignon et 3 minutes du supermarche. La vue de la villa etait magnifique et nos petit garçons ont bien profiter de la piscine et de jouer au pétanque. Nous avons passé un tres tres agreeable sejour et nous recommanderons sans hesitation cette villa!

Très agréable séjour familial

Nous avons vécu, en famille, une bien agréable semaine dans cette accueillante maison familiale. La vue est saisissante, le jardin fleuri est beau et si bien entretenu, la grande piscine et sa pataugeoire invitent à y passer la journée, les terrasses permettent de choisir sa place en fonction du soleil. La maison est agréable à habiter, reste fraîche, a de beau volumes et on n'y manque de rien. L'endroit est très calme, jour et nuit, en bout de chemin, bordé par une garrigue sauvage. Nous y avons passé une bien belle semaine de vacances en famille.
