About this apartment rental

Right bank, in a small building recently remodeled 5th floor on 6 with elevator, facing the sea, direct access to the beach (20 meters), no road or cars. Shops, casino, port and city center 2 steps, free collective parking at 20 m, covered terrace south west with dominant 180 ° view of Sète at Pic Saint Loup, outdoor table and chairs, flat screen TV + DVD player, table 4 -5 people, new modern fitted kitchen (complete renovation in 2011)
Very close to the Saint Pierre Institute (50 meters) and the port of Palavas (100 meters)

A deposit check will be requested upon arrival and returned if no damage is found at the exit.

Appartement agréable et bien exposé. Pas de bruit de rue et proximité immédiate de la plage. Seul bémol une salle de bain exiguë avec baignoire. Une douche serait plus accessible. Petit balcon avec vue sur la mer fort appréciable. Séjour très agréable à recommander.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, calme et reposant durant le we de l’Ascension 2022. Nous reviendrons l’an prochain. Effectivement, le parking est payant mais une fois la voiture posée, tout est faisable à pied, ce qui est très confortable. La vue est superbe à la fois sur la mer et sur les étangs.
