In very high periods, high and medium seasons these prices are understood to be charges included within the limit of normal use (water quantity: 500L / day, electricity quantity: 8Kwh / day), beyond the quantities indicated, the differences will be settled by the tenant according to contradictory statements and according to the pricing of the corresponding organizations.
In low season (November 2024 to April 2025) the actual consumption of water and electricity must be paid by the tenant according to contradictory statements and according to the prices of the corresponding organizations

Appartement qui aurait besoin d'un grand nettoyage . La proximité des étangs certainement fait que nous avons été envahis par les moustiques ,sans éclairer les lumières !!!.Notre petite fille de 2 ans a fini aux urgences ,trop piquée pendant la première nuit .Notre séjour de 12 nuits a pris fin au bout de 2 nuits .
