Friendly and laid back.
Beautiful walk on the property that lead back to the Black River.
Refrigerator was loud. But there were two rooms. We slept in the quiet one.

Quiet and liked they had games and puzzles to do activities as a family
The innkeeper was accusing myself and my Mother of fraud during check in because my Mom paid for my room in advance with absolutely stellar credit card and the inn keeper was all ready paid by credit card company but rudely implying this was fraud because my mom was not present at time of check in!! Even though all the guest info was correct she continued to slander my family!

the comfort I felt about the lodge
i was looking forward to using the hot tub and relaxing for the weekend. hot tub and pool were down and wasn’t informed until we arrived. The website promotes the hot tub and pool
