La localización es inmejorable, a 5 pasos de la catedral, en el centro, con plazas como la del ayuntamiento para tomar algo cerca también, tiene un aire funcional, y en general todos los electrodomésticos funcionaban estupendamente, es una habitación con cocina y baño, con espacio suficiente, con una mesa para comer.

La ubicación a un paso de la Giralda y la relación calidad-precio. Si viajan con coche tengan en cuenta que en el centro de Sevilla no hay aparcamiento en la calle. O bien se usa un parking privado (unos 27 € por día) o para aparcar libremente hay que irse hacia la avenida de los Remedios y alrededores que está a una media hora andando de la Giralda.
La accesibilidad (el apartamento está en el segundo piso) a través de unas escaleras muy pendientes que para personas mayores o con equipaje es realmente difícil. Los dos días que estuvimos había un olor muy desagradable como de alcantarilla en las escaleras. Dentro del apartamento no se notaba.
