Good except for one really important thing

Mostly a really good hotel, and breakfast was excellent.

The only bad thing, and it was really bad, was that the fridge in our 4-star rooms made the most appalling loud inconsistent noises all night long, which meant we got little sleep, and sleep is important on this kind of road-trip. It's possible that all the 4-star rooms have the same fridges, in which case they need to be replaced, as they ruin what is otherwise a very good hotel.

very unfriendly staff and general cleanliness not good breakfast was included in quote but we were charged 7 euro for food and 3 euro for an breakfast beverage per person per day and five euro for Street parking low quality cold meats and cheese cuts

Very nice room! Poor breakfast. No fruits. By the time, we came, there was almost nothing left. Also, no table was prepared, no plates, no cutlery. Bad service! Probably because only two people had to serve all the guests. Not really a four star hotel level.

Prima hotel voor doorreis helaas koude douche

Prima hotel voor doorreis. Wij hadden een familiekamer die vrij nieuw was. Ander gedeelte van het hotel is redelijk gedateerd. De kamer was groot en schoon. Voor het hotel is een grote parkeerplaats waar je je auto goed kan parkeren.

De douche was ijskoud, wij zaten aan het eind van de gang waardoor er geen warm water was. Via de receptie hebben wij geregeld dat wij in een andere kamer konden douchen, blijkbaar was dit een vaker voorkomend probleem. Zo kan je een hotelkamer eigenlijk niet verhuren.

Es war alles perfekt, sauber und für den Zweck der Reise (1 Woche) sehr angemessen. Gern wieder.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett gemütlich, das Personal sehr nett. Probleme mit der Heizung im Bad wurden sofort geklärt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.

kein Besteck in der Küche im Zimmer; aber damit kann man umgehen. Das ist kein Punkt, den man als Kritik bewerten muss.

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Grösse.

Es gab eine Kochplatte aber kein Kochgeschirr. Die Bettdecken hatten ein ungewohnt kleines Format.
