Great location! Very cute and comfortable! Plenty of room.
There was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The condo was very clean and did not smell but the hallway was terrible.

Closeness to purgatory
There was no fire starter and the lighter didn't work. Had to go to hardware store in durango to get supplies to start fire.
