Das Haus liegt total ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück. Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt in der Küche an nichts. Betten und Oberbetten waren sehr gut. Es gibt drei Kritikpunkte: 1. Der Außenbereicht ist nur Schotter und sehr uneben . Er müsste mal aufgearbeitet werden. 2. Es gibt keinerlei Sonnenschutz, ein Sonnenschirm wäre von Vorteil und 3. die Ameisen nerven. Sie kommen durch die Steckdosen und sind leider überall

Cadre très agréable, accueil charmant, convivial et chaleureux. Nous avons pu profiter dun bon feu de cheminée avec la fraîcheur de la fin août. A proximité de tous les sites à visiter: Cabourg, côtes du débarquement, Honfleur, Trouville, Deauville, Beuvron sur mer... marchés, commerces, piscines... La maison est pourvu de tous les accessoires électroménagers. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison au calme, très bien équipée (le wifi serait un plus). Un problème de fourmis quand même, des petites fourmis noires, totalement inoffensives mais il vaut mieux mettre ses denrées alimentaires à l’abri. A part ce menu désagrément, nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte.

Très apprécié !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la famille des propriétaires. Ceux-ci sont des gens charmants, souriants. La maison est très bien équipée : cuisine complète, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, micro-onde, ustensiles et couverts surabondants. Il y a une troisième chambre, sans fenêtre certes, mais qui peut dépanner en laissant la porte ouverte. Salle de bain moderne, grand salon avec TV (TV dans les 3 chambres également !). Il y a un grand terrain privé et clôturé autour de la maison. L'endroit est calme, très peu peuplé. On y est tranquille. Et c'est une excellente base pour du tourisme en Normandie, tout est accessible facilement : Honfleur, Cabourg, Ouistreham, Caen, Falaise, Lisieux, Bayeux, les plages du débarquement, la Normandie médiévale, les distilleries. Bref, un gîte sans chichis, avec des propriétaires charmants, dans un cadre naturel et reposant. Nous y retournerons certainement. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Le gîte est super bien situé avec uniquement des vaches pour voisines! Les propriétaires sont extrêmement agréables et dans la maison tout est prévu pour une famille (livrés, jeux, et même numéro du medecin ou du garagiste!)

J apporte avec ce commentaire quelques complètements d informations sur le gîte ( qui aurait peut-être influencé notre décision pour la location de ce gîte). Le gîte est très rural: invasion de fournis dans toutes les pièces. Pour notre dernière nuit, réveil par une souris dans notre chambre.... Autre infos, il n y a pas 3 chambres mais 2. Le 3 eme couchage est un petit renfoncement derrière la cuisine. C est très difficile à ventiler et ça fini par ce sentir... les points positifs: accueil très sympa, le gîte est calme et bien placé, les équipements sont complets.

Maison très pratique et agréable

La maison est bien agencée et très pratique au quotidien dans le sens où tout se situe au rez de chaussée donc il n'y a aucun escalier à monter et elle convient aussi très bien aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Elle se trouve dans un endroit calme, les voisins sont éloignés et la quiétude des lieux, qui est très agréable à vivre n'est dérangée que par des fourmis qui aiment visiter la poubelle, donc il faut bien penser à la sortir et veiller à ne rien laisser traîner qui pourrait les attirer. Et c'est finalement le seul bémol de cette maison car si elle est située dans un endroit très calme elle est aussi de fait loin de tout, et une voiture est absolument indispensable car le simple fait de faire ses courses veut dire que l'on va passer plus de temps dans l'auto que dans le magasin ! Sinon la région est jolie, il y a, à quelque km, de très joli petit villages pittoresque ou des châteaux, et les lieux historique du débarquement avec leur musée sont entre 15 min et une heure en voiture. On a passer de très bonnes vacances et je recommande cette maison à tous les amoureux du calme, de la nature et de l'histoire .

We hebben een leuke vakantieweek gehad in Normandië. Winkels op 10 km afstand . Strand 17 km. De landingsstranden (Omaha Beach) op +/- 40 km. Het huis had voldoende ruimte en was bijna van alle gemakken voorzien. De zitbanken waren echter niet zo best meer . Qua privé zat je prima . Omringd door weilanden waar je een wandeling van +/- 5 km omheen kon maken . Zeker een aanrader . Al met al een leuk en niet te duur huis. Met vriendelijke groet Hans en Majory

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, der findet sie auf jeden Fall hier. Das Haus ist sehr funktionell und liebevoll ausgestattet. Weit und breit hört man nichts, außer in der Nacht ein paar Grillen oder einen Hund von der Ferne. Alle Städte in der Umgebung sind einen Besuch wert. Die Normandie ist sehr schön. Leider sind die Ameisen in dem Haus eine große Plage. Das nervt etwas aber ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Une maison coquette, très bien entretenue et bien placée !!! Proche de la mer, de la route du cidre, de très beaux villages et des incontournables du Calvados ! nous avons été ravis de notre choix ! Les propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles n'ont rien oublié. Un classeur touristique est à disposition et permet de dénicher des bons plans et de belles découvertes. La maison est fonctionnelle bien équipée et très calme car en pleine campagne (qu'il faut aimer bien entendu !) Grand jardin, vaches aux alentours (sans les mouches) c'est parfait pour les enfants !!! Elle a son caractère c'est ce qui nous a plu malgré quelques fourmis oui ... Ms qui sont maîtrisées au mieux par les propriétaires et n'ont pas franchement dérangées notre séjour. De très beaux souvenirs pour nous Dc de cette belle région qui mérite le détour !

maison très accueillante avec tout le confort,manque de rien,très fonctionnel et déco superbement faite avec du gout,un plaisir de séjourner dans un lieu comme celui -ci,vous voulez du calme ,alors pas d'hésitation,,bonne literie,rangement et vaisselle à gogo+télé dans toutes les pièces et documentations de la région+bibliiotheque ,de quoi s'occuper par mauvais temps,nous précisons que la location est très propre et facile à entretenir

Maison agréable mais avec plusieurs points négatifs : elle est envahie par les fourmis, notamment la chambre du fond. Les montants des portes sont bas pour accéder aux chambres et à la SDB, il faut baisser la tête pour ne pas se cogner. Une chambre n'a pas de fenêtres. Des briques pointues en parpaing sont disposées en bordure de pelouse et l'une d'elle a provoqué la crevaison d'un pneu. La maison est isolée et les propriétaires n'étaient pas joignables. Pas d'internet, pas de wifi. Un grand poteau électrique en béton se trouve au milieu du jardin. La pelouse n'était pas tondue. Les annuaires n'étaient pas à jour (embêtant quand on cherche un service dépannage). Lors du coup de vent qui a sévi durant notre séjour (fréquent dans la région), il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans la maison, il y a eu des coupures de courant, et l'abris métallique du jardin s'est déchiré et envolé, ce qui était extrêmement dangereux. Les propriétaires étaient absents lors de notre départ pour faire l'état des lieux.

Maison spacieuse et charmante, très bien équipée. toutefois quelques petits bémols : l'invasion des fourmis dans la chambre du fond malgré plusieurs insecticides obligeant l'aspiration tous les jours des fourmis mortes en grand nombre et les relents parfois de la fosse septique en fonction du vent.. Mais nous avons néanmoins apprécié ce séjour et nous recommandons cet location.

Grande pièces pratiques bien décorées, très agréables a vivre. Ambiance chaleureuse et feu de bois proposé, ce qui est rare. La campagne autour est belle et le calme y est roi. Ces vacances furent un régal. Manque un lecteur DVD et un sèche cheveux. Quelques arbres l'été donneront certainement un charme de plus. L'accueil est parfaitement charmant.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the cottage, and would love to visit again sometime. It is well positioned for sightseeing, and is also perfect for relaxing days away from it all. The cottage is well furnished, and very nicely decorated. We were especially pleased with the children's toys and books that are provided, and our two girls really enjoyed playing with them. The weather was particularly cold (but sunny - luckily!) during our stay, and the electric heating was more than enough to heat the whole cottage to a comfortable temperature. We used the fireplace a couple of times, which also added to the welcoming and cosy feeling. Our favourite visits during our stay were to Mont Saint-Michel, Bayeux, and Honfleur. It was always nice to get back to the warmth and space of the cottage in the evenings however. Overall, a very recommended place to stay, with lots of wonderful places to explore nearby, and tasty food and drink to enjoy too.

La maison est décorée merveilleusement et avec goût, la propriétaire privilégie ces hôtes en leur procurant tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez eux. Des guides, des plans des environs sont à notre disposition et un livre d'or permet de laisser nos appréciations. La tranquilité et le bien-être permettent de passer d'agréables vacances. Cabourg, Franceville, Ouistreham, Trouville sont à quelques minutes et les larges plages sont fortes appréciables avec des enfants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location comme havre de paix. You will need a GPS to find the place, but as you get through the gate, you wont be disapointed. First the garden is huge, and has everything you need, table, chairs, BBQ, huge pile of sand, overlooking the fields. Although the outside of the house is not quite finished, I feel it added to the charm. Inside the house is incredible. Massive main room with lots of character, massive fireplace with wood available in the garden. Everything is perfectly equipped, TV, DVD player, games for children, magazines. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, hangers etc, lots of extras like raclette. The bathroom is nice, maybe a little bit small. Beds are confy and there is a lot of storage. The house is very easy to maintain, so you wont have to spend ages cleaning before you leave. As for the location, it is perfect to discover lots of wonderful places. It's about 20-25 minutes from Cabourg, and we went to day trips to Omaha, Honfleur, Deauville, Cerza, all in less than 1 hour drive from the house. Mont St Michel is about 1.45mn, and worth every minute of the trip. I think it's wonderful value for money if you are looking for a nice retreat with the option of day trips in a very interesting part of France.

Bonjour, Pour les personnes qui veulent être au calme et profiter de la nature et ses environs, cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour passer de superbes vacances comme ce fut le cas pour nous et les enfants. Maison spacieuse et très bien agencée, tout le confort y est. La décoration a été pensée dans les moindres détails que se soient pour les chambres, la salle de bain, la cuisine et le salon : un vrai petit cocon. Excellent accueil beaucoup de gentilles attentions avec le souci de rendre le séjour très agréable Environnement calme et reposant au milieu de la nature et de la faune locale propice à l'émerveillement des enfants Très jolie maison arrangée avec goût ,tout y est ,comme si nous étions à la maison Literie confortable et suffisante (oreillers traversin couette ) rien ne manque chaque chambre est décorée avec soin et raffinement Salle de bain "mer" elle donne envie d'y passer de long moment avec sa grande cabine de douche ,les petits enfants l'adore car elle permet le jeu et la toilette La cuisine rien ne manque depuis la vaisselle en passant par l'electro ménager La salle à manger spacieuse et confortable ,elle aussi arrangée avec soin , joliment personnalisée mer au ton bleu avec de magnifiques bougies poissons !!!!!!! L'aménagement en cours des extérieurs est mal adapté ,pour l'instant ,aux enfants en bas âges Très bon séjour avec le soleil nous y reviendrons
