About this house rental
Country house of 100 m2 with land of 1000 m2, private parking, located 13 km from Cabourg (beach, casino, water sports, cinema), the landing beaches at 40 km, French Riding School 1 km Canteloup, shops (5 km Beuvron-en-Auge, village saved - Dozulé - Argences) fireplace (wood on request), cots and baby high chair, garden furniture, umbrellas and sunbeds. Three bedrooms with double bed (160x190) with bedding, pillows, bolsters and new quilts in 2011, dining room (50 m2) with kitchen; Electric heating; Facilities: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, kettle, cookware, fridge-freezer, crockery and cutlery, pressure cooker, fondue (2) and raclette (1), washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, TV, DVD player, CD player and K7. Linen rental (on request). Board games for the whole family.

As we were here to be out and about this property fitted our needs and allowed for great exploration of the area and visits to many historic sites.

Das Haus liegt total ruhig auf einem großen Grundstück. Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit liebt, ist hier genau richtig.
Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt in der Küche an nichts.
Betten und Oberbetten waren sehr gut.
Es gibt drei Kritikpunkte:
1. Der Außenbereicht ist nur Schotter und sehr uneben . Er müsste mal aufgearbeitet werden.
2. Es gibt keinerlei Sonnenschutz, ein Sonnenschirm wäre von Vorteil und
3. die Ameisen nerven. Sie kommen durch die Steckdosen und sind leider überall

Cadre très agréable, accueil charmant, convivial et chaleureux. Nous avons pu profiter dun bon feu de cheminée avec la fraîcheur de la fin août.
A proximité de tous les sites à visiter: Cabourg, côtes du débarquement, Honfleur, Trouville, Deauville, Beuvron sur mer... marchés, commerces, piscines...
La maison est pourvu de tous les accessoires électroménagers.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

J apporte avec ce commentaire quelques complètements d informations sur le gîte ( qui aurait peut-être influencé notre décision pour la location de ce gîte).
Le gîte est très rural: invasion de fournis dans toutes les pièces. Pour notre dernière nuit, réveil par une souris dans notre chambre....
Autre infos, il n y a pas 3 chambres mais 2. Le 3 eme couchage est un petit renfoncement derrière la cuisine. C est très difficile à ventiler et ça fini par ce sentir...
les points positifs: accueil très sympa, le gîte est calme et bien placé, les équipements sont complets.
