About this apartment rental
Renovated, Island Beach Club, penthouse condominium features a view of the Gulf of Mexico and just footsteps to the beach. This property was designed with mature guests in mind and is not as child friendly as our other units. Granite counter tops, a farm style sink, wet bar, a wine cooler and illuminated kitchen cabinets set off a contemporary design. This is not your junky vacation beater. Pillow top mattresses and cotton linens give you a good night's sleep after a day of swimming and sunning on the beach and or around the swimming pool. With a fine restaurant and pool bar/ grill next door at The Casa Ybel Resort you can relax without spending your time in the car. This is one of the world's best shelling beaches. This condominium was created as a comfortable luxurious getaway. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size in the guest room. This is maintained as a clean non-smoking unit and no pets are permitted. This complex requires a 7 day stay minimum. It rents Saturday to Saturday. If you have a different requirement for a check-in or check-out day, please message me.

The unit was stunningly appropriated, the beds were super comfortable, it was spacious, our host was fantastic. He made sure our week got off to a great start by having bottles of water and wine, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. He also had set out a beach cart loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas. We thought we would need to go buy beach towels but no, they were clean and ready for us.
This was probably the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

This was our second stay at this location. We enjoyed every single minute. The property is clean comfortable and welcoming. The host Geoffrey, makes the stay exceptional by providing an abundance of thoughtful treats. He is also super responsive with check in and any kind of maintenance needed. There were storms and outages and he showed up and got everything under control within hours. Also, when our flight got cancelled he was helpful with places to stay as his place was already taken. We hope to be back again soon!

Wow! Just wow! We are so fortunate to have booked a week stay here in July. Geoffrey was truly an amazing host. He goes above and beyond. He makes sure you have everything you need so you can just show up and enjoy your stay. From beach towels, to a cooler, to chairs, to sunscreen, to snacks upon arrival in the pantry and fridge, a full case of water, etc. I could go on and on. It was an easy walk to and from the beach. We also enjoyed the patio and the view. Such a great place to stay.

The property was the best I’ve ever stayed in Sanibel, and we’ve been to Sanibel a half dozen times. The owner Geoffrey was amazing. My family needed to come a day later than originally planned and Geoffrey was very generous in letting us change our reservation so we had the whole week. The condominium was spotless and well appointed. Nothing was overlooked.
Upon arrival, Geoffrey had groceries for us. Wine, bottled water, yogurt, crackers, cheese, fruit, too many to list everything. Very generous. He also provided sunscreen, toiletries, beach towels and everything you would need for the beach. We had everything we needed to do our laundry and clean up the space.
By far, the best VRBO I’ve stayed in and we travel often. Geoffrey’s place is a magical space when you need to recharge. My family had an amazing week and we can’t wait to return.
