About this cottage rental

Small individual house full of charm enjoying a very nice location at the entrance of the city. It enjoys a lovely view of the bay and the port at the front, and has a 150m² garden facing south at the rear, at the end of which passes the tourist train of the Baie de Somme. A private parking space is also available.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall / cloakroom, a living room with a view of the bay and an equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. Upstairs are the master bedroom with bay view, equipped with a double bed and a cot, as well as the bathroom with wc. On the roof is a second large bedroom with two twin beds.
At the rear of the house is a well-oriented terrace, as well as an outbuilding for garden furniture. It is possible to store bikes and / or strollers.
The rent does not include the optional options offered:
- Bed linen rental (12 euros per bed)
- Bathroom linen rental (7 euros per person)
The rent does not include the payment of electricity. This will be done according to a meter reading at the beginning and at the end of the stay, less a fixed price of 5 euros for the duration of the stay.

We absolutely love this house and location. We have visited 3 times and never been disappointed with any aspect. We will be back and in the meantime some of our family are visiting in October on our recommendation.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, characterful property located a short walk to the town centre. The garden was great for the children who loved watching the steam train passing by at the end of the garden!

Propriété bien située par rapport à la ville et le stationnement est un plus. Le tarif reste toujours un peu cher. La propreté est à revoir, certains plats étaient à nettoyer de nouveau, sur le palier les plinthes n étaient pas propres et le coin en dessous de la fenêtre du premier étage était douteux. La porte de la chambre était difficile à fermer et le volet roulant très dur à lever. La chaudière est tombée en panne et le chauffage tournait alors qu on en avait pas demandé. La maison a besoin d un bon rafraissement. Question équipements rien a redire. Le frigo avait une odeur peut agréable et le micro ondes est ancien pas facile en fonctionnement. La gazinière à gaz pas simple également. Au passage nous avons détartre la cafetière qui mettait plus d une heure à passer. Lors de la remise des clés au départ 15mn de retard.
