About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 52 m² house in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme to rent for up to 6 people. It has a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 30 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 23 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A shower room with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer (a shower will be installed in July 2023).
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be combined to make a double bed
- Two bathrooms with walk-in shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely south-facing enclosed garden of approx. 30 m².
- A terrace of around 7m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Visits to historic monuments, medieval town

- Cycling routes
- Water sports
- Beach activities
- Fishing on foot
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private numbered car park.

Bibifoc Baie Absolutely lovely house with EVERYTHING you could possibly want available to you inside. Very walkable in to the centre of town with a great selection of restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again

Bibifoc Baie "I speak a little French but not written and the host can't speak any English. On checkout, Anny got agitated and raised her voice, getting angry, furiously pointing between me, the parasol and the outside cupboard, making it a hostile intimidating situation to be in. I had lowered the industrial sized cantilevered floor mounted parasol and put the cover on. Anny kept insisting I dismantle it by her gesticulations and put it in the cupboard, which my husband had originally erected with difficulty and was not then present. Anny persisted in her finger pointing and angry tone. So not only is it difficult to do, it felt futile as it was summer and new guests were due to arrive shortly.
Anny also sent a SMS accusing me of stealing the welcome book. We left it in the information rack. If she had checked she would have seen it before accusing me of being a thief. This left me with a very uncomfortable feeling as we had made a great effort making sure the property was left tidy. C'est dommage"
