About this cottage rental
This holiday cottage is located in Pinchefalise, a village next to Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme, 900 meters from the canal, perfect for lovely bike rides.
You enter a private, secure parking area with a motorized gate; two spaces are reserved for you. The cottage is situated in the wooded garden of the owners, Blandine and Alain.
The house includes:
• On the ground floor: a large main room with a kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment) and a lounge area; a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet
• Upstairs: a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed connected to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet
• A terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers.
A separate laundry room with a separate entrance completes the description, offering areas for washing, recreation, barbecues, and waste sorting.
Finally, at the back of the garden, a chalet houses bicycles ready for use (free of charge) on our trails in the Bay of Somme.

modern home very well equipped and clean - especially good having two bathrooms and toilets - bonus to have the bikes available and therefore easily accessible to get to St Valery along the canal. Very nice setting with lawns and gardens - close to a super market - would highly recommend
