This was our first time renting a condo and the experience couldn't have gone better. The view from the condo was great. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. The kitchen was stocked well. The decor was nice. We were also situated on the quiet end of the shoreline and crossing the street to the beach was no problem. Two important things for me as a traveler are a comfy bed and good water pressure for my shower. This condo had it covered. Just a short drive to great places for fun and great food. While overall a great experience there are just a few things the owner may want to address to make the condo a bit more user friendly. The carpet is a nice berber but very dirty. If it were me, I'd pull up the carpet and tile the whole condo. I'd like to have a couple shelves (maybe one of those that fit over the toilet) to put my toiletries and makeup on (it's a girl thing). An updated shower head and a curtain that lets just a bit of light in with a curved rod would be nice. (the rod is starting to get a bit rusty). The TV in the living area was a tad small. We loved spending time at the beach, the pool, and the dock by the bay. I would love to go back.
