About this apartment rental
This is a very beach friendly unit. Clean with all the amenities. Gorgeous view and plenty of privacy. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. The beds are both queens and very comfortable. Hope you come and spend a wonderful week or more. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as garbage disposal and self clean oven. A new queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. New tile floors and new countertop. No fuss, no muss. We have recently added wifi.

Had a great stay, felt like you were in someone's home as opposed to a rental. There was a nice mini library with a number of books to choose from. Very clean with comfortable furniture and bed, along with the great view. Hosts were very responsive. Previous reviews had noted complex was a little older, though very well maintained, I thought that was true in the best sense, as GSSRC has its own unique character. It is well established with plenty of room to move around on the lagoon side along with a double lot beach access, and a boardwalk and pavilion with benches when going to or from the beach. Very comfortable and will be planning on coming back again.

I and my husband celebrated our 18th anniversary here and had the best time! The condo had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The room was ok but couch was old outdated and hard to sit on vents had mold and the door handle lock was sketchy and not very stable but the people are so nice there and was a great stay.
