Lagoon Run #303 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with an open loft located on the 3rd floor overlooking the lagoon and a limited view of the gulf from the common area balcony. The ground level is dedicated to parking and outdoor pool area. The unit is approximately 1100 sq ft with views of the lagoon from the living area balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a set of twin beds are located in the loft. Living room has a sofa sleeper. The hall bath features a tub/shower combo. King, King, Twins and Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 8.
Newly painted throughout in early summer 2021 with several upgrades and furnishings. The unit now has two kings beds as of 7/27/21.
This unit is on the third floor and has a balcony from the living room that overlooks the Lagoon and a partial view of Gulf.
Lagoon Run is a 4 story wood structure building located 3.1 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Lagoon Run has one lagoon side outdoor pool, pier, boat slip, boat launch, gazebo, fish-cleaning station and BBQ/picnic area. Boat slips are first come first served. 2 car limit.

This rental was perfect for my family. The location was great, just needed to cross one street and you are at the beach. This area of the beach is not crowded at all which made it even more enjoyable. The condo was spacious and QUIET! Furniture was nice and beds were comfy. The outdoor eating area was awesome. Kitchen is well appointed and had all the supplies we needed during our stay. We had zero issues from arrival to departure, would definitely rent again. Kids had an absolute blast at the pool every day and my older son was thrilled to be able to fish just steps away from our room.

First time to gulf shores. We arrived two hours early and thought we could park at the unit and go to the beach. When we called the realty company they said no we can not park there. Other vacations in Florida we have always been able to park and go to the beach until our unit was ready. The unit was clean and we were able to check in around 3:40pm. The only concern we had was the patio door lock was broken and they had been using a small wood piece to keep from someone entering the unit. So we had to make sure that was in place anytime we left and hoped no one could enter. As anyone could access that patio. It didn't go all the way down to lie flat. Other than that we had a relaxing g vacation with a very short walk to the beach and a pool that we enjoyed as well.

We were looking for a relaxing week away. However we did not get to relax. We were woke up every morning at 6am by construction workers working on the property. We also were not able to go to sleep until 2 to 3am each day due to the guests down one floor to the right partying which also included throwing trash and clothes on the lawn. Our room had a broken chair on the deck, broken door handle and windows,doors and screens that were waiting to be repaired but left on the deck all week. The deck was not a safe place to have kids due to the roting deck boards that had just been painted over. The property management company was very quit to respond when our air stopped working.
